ALRIGHTY TOMMOROW THE 8TH


ive got my three main meals complete for tommorrow wich is chicken chicken and even more chicken havent decided if im having eggs and bacon for breakfast or chicken and rice either way im lowering these carbs down well maybe 20 at the most just for this month and upping the protien so december 31st i'll see where im at

my goal is  just to have my weight down to 230-235 so there is my first goal of this long story

soo pounds to lose 254

24lbs's to lose


alrighty who am i bull ****tin this aint gonna work so how bout 12 to 15

You want to loose 24 pounds by the end of december?!?!? Thats almost impossible. And if you could it would be lots of muscle. Also, just some advice, bacon is high in fat, i try to stay away from it. Eggs are great though!

they should be alright every once in a while but on the 24lbs thing i think i'll shave it down to 12-15lbs's

this is what my meal time looks like

breakfast- 7:00am

snack-10:30am

lunch-1:00pm

snack-(pre workout)3:00pm

dinner-around 7:30pm no later good time because scrubs is
on and thats a great show!
and maybe a little bite of somthing before bed around 10:00pm plan on being in bed about 11:30-12:30ish

got to be up tommorow at 5:00am for personal reasons
so i'll update tommorow after the gym!

alrightyyy DEC-8th


got up 5:00am

ate breakfast at 7:30 wich contained couple strips of bacon for protien and broccoli with cheese for carbs
somewheres around 600-700cals this morning might be having lunch a bit early around 11:00am got to go somewhere with my aunt i'll update later

oh did i mention its 0!!! fricken degrees out here!

alrighty had lunch at about 12:30 went to roadhouse steak house place got an 11ounce cajan steak with loaded baked potato took most of the sour cream off so had a pretty hearty meal gonna hit the gym around 5:00pm today 30min cardio before and after lifting !

alrighty back from the gym its 8:10 have to ride a bike there and back its about 2 miles so i just did that as cardio

squated 425 pounds 6 times very happy with that no assistance and no supps im taken sat and sun off for rest might go for a jog those two days concidering weather does

its DEC-9th my moms gone on a cruise and ive got the whole apartmint to my self YIPPY .........yah right im bored to death anyways i used this as bit of a cheat day didnt really have nothing bad except the ton of potato skins i made tommorow the 10th i might go out and do cardio its a rest day but eh could always use a jog!

its monday the 11th i believe im going on a high protien low fat low carb diet now its 8:30am cooking chicken gonna hit the gym aound 230pm i will only eat carbs after the gym like browb rice or somthing

awsome day at the gym also got 30 min of cardio plus a 3 1/2 mile trip from and to on bicycle the gym

im up its 5:28 in the morning im eating breakfast at 7:00am i havent been asleep at all and im on my second pot of coffee and i took a swig of rockstar energy drink so i got almost super human reflexes !!!!!!! anyways i, hitting the gym at about 9:30 this morning

I got a tip for you. Try to get one routine and stick to it for several months. You need to be on it for several months to see some results. I have seen you trying several routines throughout the several months.
