It sounds to me like you are just consuming too much of that particular item. Cyto a great gainer, but if you are going to take up to three shakes a day, consider switching off for two of them. Make your morning and bedtime shakes whey isolate shakes (GNC's Mega Isolate is good), and use cyto only for your post. Mixing it up gives you just about the same amount of protein per shake, but less of the carbs and fat for the 1st and 3rd. The Mega Isolate is 50g protein per, and its not gluey at all since its best to mix it with water.
