Ok i just got some new bars. I know they are not the BEST, but i got the GNC Pro Performance bars at GNC and they are all on sale right now, I got 24bars for $6.27 ! I dont care what you say, thats a deal. You might take other things too, but for 20cents a bar you gotta get some.

Looks very high in carbs compared to it's protein level.... I still think you can get better even at GNC. I know ISS's bars are there and DS should be at VS. Even Zero Impact will be there.

I don't believe Vitamin Shoppe picked up the Sustain bars as a line to carry in their store. Why not is beyond me since the taste and profile is stellar

Look for a new flavor. Vanilla Almond to be out shortlySmile

Well thats VS loss. FYI Supps 101 STILL owes me my BARS + 1st order.

I think protein bars are great when your kinda tight for time and need somethin to keep ur protein levels up,much as the fella up top said,i dont tend to use them that often but when i do i use the met-rx bars which have bout 30g protein in,which is spot on for me.

Wow.  Yeah, these sold out almost immediately.  We should be getting the next batch in in about 10 days, so the stores should have both flavors in about 2 weeks.

i get really hungry in school so i'm always buying these protein bars from the nurse. they say PROTEIN just like that. they have 31 grams of protein and its like eating a cardboard box but theyre great snacks to keep me full. so i would have to say when you cant eat good . eat them.

Those bars your buying from the nurse are probably from Costco, my parents buy those, i think they may be really low quality considering the source. They sit in my stomach and don't tend to pass well but i've gotten adapt to the taste, and you're right they do keep you full. I guess its good to meet your calorie requirement though.

What's the ingredient profile look like on those bars?  You don't find too many that aren't made with a lot of unnecessary junk.  That's why I'm a big fan of the Sustain and VPX bars.
