Mid Grip Pulldowns: 8x150, 8x140, 8x140
DB Pullovers: 8x40, 8x40, 8x40
1 Arm DB Rows: 8x110, 10x110, 10x115 PR!

Barbell Curls: 10x70, 10x70, 12x70
Preacher Curls: 8x65, 8x65, 8x75
Reverse BB Curl: 4x65, 6x60, 8x60

Thursday: Legs          Weight: 185

Full squats: 8x135, 8x135, 8x185, 8x185, 10x185, 8x225 PR

Massive 4 exc. superset
Leg Press: 8x460, 8x460
Lunges: 10x32.5, 9x32.5
Knee Ext. 8x90, 6x90
Lunges: 6x32.5, 6x32.5

I could only do 6 sets of squats today my back was still too sore and was really irritated from deadlifts on tuesday, I guess that happens when I rep 405 for 4 reps.

I'm currently on the RIPPED program although I'm not a bodybuilder.  Day 12 for me right now and I'm getting fantastic results.  I'm following the diet/exercise/supplementation 100% though.  I have day to day results with pics on my blog too.  http://ripped-hamm.blogspot.com
