Yesterdays Workout: Wednesday: Shoulders/Traps Clean and press: 8x95, 8x95, 8x95 Standing behind head military press: 8x95, 8x95, 8x95 Rear delt reverse cable crossovers: 12x30, 12x45, 10x60, 10x60, 10x70 Front barbell shrugs: 135x15, 225x15, 295x12, 345x12 Behind back barbell shrugs: 225x15, 275x12, Front shrugs 415x8 superset with behind back 315x15 Seated dumbell press: 55x8, 60x6, 60x6 Shoulders was pretty good today. Strength was up quite a bit on rear delt crossovers from my usual workouts. Shrugs was absolutely nuts today. Normally I struggle with 315 for anything more than 6, strength jumped up dramatically I was doing 415 front and then 315 behind my back!!! No cardio today, played hockey for an hour and 15 minutes after workout. Thursday: Off I planned on working legs today after work but I really started to feel like **** so I left work early and took the rest of the night off to rest. Tomorrow hopefully I feel good and I'll to my leg workout, but start off the day with some good old deadlifts because I missed them on Tuesday.

It is all because some random guy gets mad because I am really loud and says that there are other people in the gym and stuff like that, and then he just kept complaining and got me booted outta there. So now everytime I am doing them the guy working gives me **** about them. If you haven't complained to the manager--or his boss, time for it. I assume you're a paying member?!?

Superdrol was recently banned in the U.S. by the FDA. It's not classified as a steroid (as far as I know) however, it is most chemically related to the anabolic Masteron. In fact, it was slightly modified using the same chemical structure of Masteron. IMO you are using FAR too many supplements and are wasting cash. They're called supplements for a reason. But good, luck. To each their own and.. if it works..more power to the man.

Yea I probably should my a complaint to the management, and the guy is telling me that I am wrecking the weights, but they are rubber weights, on a rubber surface, which also just doesn't make sense.

With regards to using far too many supplements, I don't think my health is anything not to go overboard on. I don't know if you noticed, but a lot of the supplements I listed are either liver detoxifiers, minerals and nutrients, or for cardiovascular support. N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine - antioxidant, and protects the liver Hawthorn berry - one of the most effective organic herbal supplements in supporting optimal cardiovascular function Garlic extract - help maintain healthy cholesterol levels Colostrum - support immune system, boost t-cell activity, IGF-1,2 Deer Velvet - anti-inflammatory, IGF-1 Milk thistle - cleanses the liver 5-htp - mood and appetite from lethargy Russian Black Anabolic Moomiyo - naturally increase HGH levels Mulit Vitamin - prevent defficiency Fish oil - maintain healthy brain and nervous system, healthy fats as superdrol takes a toll on your lipid profile

Hack squats: 460x8, 460x10, 550x8, 550x10 DB Lunges: 40x12, 45x12, 45x12, 50x12 Superset Lying Leg Curls: 10x105, 10x105, 10x105, 10x105 Knee Extentions: 150x10, 180x10, 180x10, 180x9 Seated Calf Raises: 20x45, 25x45, 25x45, 25x45, 20x70, 25x45 Deadlifts were great today, last week I could only get 385 up 1 time and that was with about 4 ppl screaming at me to get it up, this time I was alone and managed to get it up 2 times without the motivation. Lower back was stiff after so I didn't do squats, next week for sure tho :) Lunges were great today, normally I would do 4 sets of 12 of 30 lbs, this time I got right up to 50. I also did 20 minutes of high intensity cardio. burned about 400 cals. Saturday: Arms/Forearms Weight: 175, had not eaten much and dehydrated, had been working all day Barbell Curls: 80x10, 80x9, 80x8 Close Grip Benchpress: 135x8, 135x8, 135x8, 135x8 Superset French Press: 8x85, 8x85, 8x85 Alt. I just have an ideal about replacing supplemental aids with more whole foods which will practically do the same job. Or, at least minimizing the amount of them you're taking as it could lead to contradictions. You seem strong as an ox so you must be doing something right. Nice job on that heavy deadlift, btw!

Monday: Chest/tris Weight: 176 Flat Barbell Benchpress: 185x8, 185x7, 195x5, 205x5 Incline Dumbell Press: 75x6, 70x6, 70x6 Decline Dumbell Press: 65x8, 65x9, 65x7 Skull Crushers: 65x8, 65x8, 65x6 Kickbacks: 20x10, 20x10, 20x10 Yesterday I upped my n.o-xplode to 2 scoops, I think it was a little too much caffiene for me because I was shaking. Workout was good, lots of strength on flat bench but not very good on incline and decline. My triceps were still a bit sore from arm workout on saturday so I only did 2 exercises. Massive chest pump after flat bench, and it got even better once I finished on decline. My shoulders were really sore today which I think held me back quite a bit, they felt really dry. Also my elbow was swolen from hockey on sunday night so I think that was also a contributing factor. Tuesday: BACK!! Weight: 176.5 Mid Row: 135x10, 185x8, 185x10, 185x10 Deadlifts: 315x10, 365x6, 405x3 PR!!!! Cable Rows: 150x8, 180x8, 195x8, 210x8, 165x10 Wide Grip Pulldown: 150x8, 150x8, 150x8 One Arm Dumbell Row: 105x10, 105x10, 105x10 PR!! Back workout today was great, I was hoping I would weigh in a little heavier but I'm sure if I keep on eating and training as hard as I am results will keep coming... Deadlifts were unbelievable today. On friday I only got 385x2, but today I added 20 lbs and an extra rep for a PR. It is amazing what you can accomplish with about 8 guys just screaming at you to get that kind of weight off the ground. New PR on dumbell rows as well. My back was pretty sore pre workout, I think I might have a strained muscle but I worked through it and it feels great now. I also got a pretty good pump in my lats, but I feel it could have been better had my back not been so sore. I also started another 20 day cycle of Russian Black Anabolic Moomiyo, so hopefully the increase in GH levels will work synergestically with the superdrol and increase my gains even further.

Wednesday: Shoulders/Biceps Weight: 177 Cleans: 8x95, 6x115, 4x125, 2x135 Arnold Press: 10x47.5, 10x50, 10x50 Rear Delt Cable Crossovers: 10x45, 10x60, 10x75, 8x90 Alt Seated Dumbbell Curls: 10x30, 11x30, 10x30 EZ-Curl Gunner 7's: 21x75, 21x65, 21x65 Machine Preacher Curl: 15x45, 12x45, 12x45 Today my joints felt really really dry after doing cleans. Next week I will cut cleans out of my shoulder workout, with superdrol it is just getting too hard on my joints to do that kind of movement. No cardio today except for hockey. However at practice I had a super intense bag skate which really fried my legs and my lower back started to get really stiff from Tuesdays deadlifts. Thursday: Legs Weight: 179 Preworkout today I felt a bit hypglycemic, im not sure what it was from, maybe from the caffeine in my n.o-xplode, who knows.. Anyway it went away after a few sets of squats, aside from that, leg workout was excellent however my shoulders also started to hurt quite a bit again. Fullsquats: 10x135, 8x185, 8x185, 8x185, 8x185, 8x185, 8x185, 10x185 Massive Superset of all 4 exercises Leg Press 370x10, 460x12, 460x12 Walking DB Lunges: 9x30, 10x30, 11x30 Knee Extensions: 8x120, 8x120, 8x105 Walking DB Lunges: 6x30, 7x30, 6x30\ Squats were great today, my lower back was still pretty tight though so I stopped at 8 sets and decided to do that massive superset. The superset was great, I just about threw up after the first set and I just kept pushing harder through the last 2. I don't think I have ever had a bigger leg pump before this workout. Friday: Chest/Back/Traps/Abs Weight: 180!!!!! Barbell Benchpress: 6x185, 12x155, 13x155 Incline DB Press: 12x60, 12x60, 12x60 Decline DB Press: 15x50, 15x50, 15x50 Decline DB Flyes: 15x25, 15x25, 15x30 Close Grip Lat Pulldown: 9x165, 9x165, 9x165 Cable Rows: 10x120, 10x150, 8x150 Shrugs: 13x135, 10x225, 10x315, 6x405 Behind Back Shrugs: 8x315, 20x225 Hanging Leg Raises: 15, 15, 15 Bench Crunches: 25, 30, 30 Today was just a light workout for chest and upper back. I went pretty heavy on shrugs. My shoulders have gotten even drier by this point and they have started to bother me on bench press, and then especially when I was doing cable rows. Hopefully some fish oil will help and I am thinking about adding some glucosamine sulphate to my stack if this pain keeps up.

your legs and lower back are soo strong... even you shrugs are really good.. But why are your numbers so damn low on your DB's? your overhead is only 50lbs? your decline is only 65! thats nuts! i would have figured at least 85's... Your incline is 75's? damn boy your all mixed up lol 75 on the incline isnt bad. skull crushers look low too... Flat bench Barbell looks decent... Those deadlifts are really impressive though. those are not straight legs are they? I like your squats too. the upper body numbers could use a bit more work though... even the bicep curls... got to try to get them up to at least 40 - 45's. Aside from that good progress man. I like the increase in your weight too! just one problem.. superdrol is metholayted.. its pretty much the same reason i gave up steroids.. when i was 205lbs My muscles were big but filled with water basically just giving them a large appearance.. also bloated in my face and stomach. Superdrol can do the exact same thing to you. So when you get off your cycle your bound to shed water weight, how much depends on your body. You should be able to keep your strength gains though. Are you going to take nolva after your cycle to bump up the natural test levels and block the estrogen receptors?

the reason for my bench press being so low is because I wasted about 2 and a half months on some pointless training program that I bought into, which empasized high volume but never to failure so I lost alot of strength on my upper body which is very unfortunate. With regards to deadlifts, no they are not straight legs haha I wish. And regarding superdrol being methylated yes, but I don't think alot of this weight I am putting on is water weight. 2 or 3 of my buddies have done some cycles in the past couple of months and seemed to only lose about 3 or 4 pounds after the cycle. And I will have Nolvadex for pct as it says in my first post, as well as designer supplements rebound reloaded and tribulus or I might sub in a different more active testosterone booster like axis-ht from BSN if I get a chance to get to popeyes. I am also considering extending this cycle for another week depending on the results I get, as I am still waiting to get my nolva in the mail as well so I definately do not want to go off without that :) Thanks for the support as well

Might lose some strength only due to below normal natural test levels after the cycle. Be very carefull extending a cycle with any metholayted sup.. I know its not dbol or anadrol, but still dont punish the liver to much... You know I really wish they would just make IGF1 legal. At least with that enhancing suppliment you can keep your gains repair the joints and shed the body fat.. Only down fall is they have not studied it enough to tell you what the side effects are. Good Luck again! I hope you achieve the gains you want.

I don't think it will be a very big deal running it for another week even though its methylated, and I am taking milk thistle and cysteine so I think my liver should be fine. With regards to IGF1 it would be nice if it were legal, however high IGF1 levels have been shown to increase the risk of cancer :( Hopefully I keep most of my gains, that would just be great but I will still probably lose a few pounds. Strength gains should get better during PCT as well because I usually have some pretty good gains with NHA stacks, so I am also looking forward to that. Now that I am at 180 lbs too, I have decided to up my goal to 190 lbs, I think it should be easily attained as I seem to be putting on about a pound or so a day especially if I extend the cycle for another week.
