This will be my first time using Superdrol from Designer Supplements.
If everything goes as planned I will be starting this log on Monday, Nov. 20.
I will be running my cycle as follows:

Week 1: 10mg SD
Week 2: 20mg SD
Week 3: 20mg Sd
Week 4: 40mg Nolvadex, 3 caps Rebound Reloaded, 2000mg Tribulus
Week 4: 40mg Nolvadex, 3 caps Rebound Reloaded, 2000mg Tribulus
Week 5: 20mg Nolvadex, 3 caps Rebound Reloaded, 2000mg Tribulus
Week 6: 10mg Nolvadex, 3 caps Rebound Reloaded, 2000mg Tribulus

Supplements:
N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine 2 x 500mg/day
Hawthorn berry 2 x 500mg/day
Garlic extract 2 x 810mg/day
Colostrum 3x 200mg/day
Deer Velvet 150mg/day
Milk thistle 3 x 250mg/day
5-htp (should lethargy occur) 50mg/day
Russian Black Anabolic Moomiyo 200mg/day
Mulit Vitamin 2x/day
Fish oil 2x/day
Prolab Creatine Monohydrate 5g preworkout, 5g post workout
Bsn NO-Xplode 1/day preworkout
Prolab L-Glutamine Powder 10g/day
ON 100% Whey Gold Standard Cookies n' Cream, Once at wake up, immediately after workout, 2 hours after workout

Unfortunately I can't seem to find Red Yeast Rice at any of the health food stores near me, but I'll keep an eye out for it and should I find it I will also be taking CoQ10 as well.

Male
5'10
170 lbs
~10% bodyfat
Arms: 16"
Quads: 24"
Chest: 41"
Waist: 32"
Calves: 16"

Workout:
Monday - Chest/Tris/Abs
Tuesday - Lower and Upper Back/Bis/Cardio (hockey)
Wednesday - Delts/Abs/Calves/Cardio (hockey)
Thursday - Quads/Hams/ Cardio
Friday - Chest/Upper Back/Traps/Calves
Saturday - rest
Sunday - cardio (hockey)

Diet: ~3500-4000 calories, ~ 2g of protein/body weight, diet rich in fruits/vegetables and complex grains as well as ice cream or chocolate milk 3-4 times/day to spike insulin

Also my goal is to gain 10-15lbs on this cycle, I have high hopes for SD

have you much experience with steroids? why superdrol i take it its a steroid? sorry for my ignorance its just this is a relatively steroid free forum.Smile good look crazy amount of supplements there how the hell are you affording all them!

10-15lbs on a cycle with that many supplements?

dude i dont know the chemical makeup of all them products but i bet a lot of them are probably neutralising each other or overdosing you, remember if you go over 4000% on some vitamins you can become very ill and it is even fatal beyond 5000%, and a simple protein powder contains 918% vitamin B12 so watch out.

As to roids, youre gonna gain a HELL of a lot more in one 3 month cycle with all that with the calories as long as your routine is good.
15lbs MINIMUM, unless youre a very hardgainer

you misread twisted, its 3 weeks not 3 months. im not sure why an oral cycle is so short but probably due to thinking of intense liver toxicity, but i dont know anything about SD.

15lbs MINIMUM, unless youre a very hardgainer


All supplements listed are recommended doses and most of them are to control a number of various side effects of Superdrol such as liver toxicity and high blood pressure, I would rather sacrifice a small amount of gains as it is better to be safe than sorry.

This will be my first steroid cycle. I chose superdrol because its anabolic to androgenic ratio is quite good compared to substances like dianabol. Superdrol also should not aromatize because of the 17th methylated carbon so the risks of getting gyno is greatly reduced, however Nolvadex will still be a precautionary method.

As to regards as this being a relatively steroid free forum, should I move this posted to bodybuilding.com or what?

its because of toxicity and because after 3 weeks on superdrol, the rate at which you gain quickly decreases

they don't make it anymore, it is classified as a prohormone of which was banned a while back, but it is really a designer steroid. Quite a lot of prohormones from methyl -1-testosterone to andro are still available on internet websites

10-15 is certainly attainable.  You are smart to dose low like you did and you have all your other supplements in order.  Yes it is only used in short cycles 3-4 weeks tops.  I ran it once when it first came out.  Only side I appearanced was low back cramps which is commom.  Some companies still have it but it is not a prohormone-it is indeed a steroid I just dont know the circumstances and loop hole in the law that allows it to still be sold...................Just a word of warning.  If you intend to run it again -take a LONG LONG time off from it.  Not something you want to run that often

p.s-I am actually glad this is a relatively drug free board but this poster has obviously done his homework before thinking about doing this and that is good

I agree. However, I don't understand how you can only weigh 170 w/those measurements. I weigh 165, around the same amount of body fat, I'm about 1.5 inches taller, but my measurements are:

chest 42
waist 33
arms 13
calves 13 (i think)
thighs 20

with 24" thighs and 16" arms, I'd think you'd have more than 5lbs on me. 4" on thighs are a good amount of meat.

that is interesting, well ill get my buddy to check my measurements again this week before I start my cycle just to make sure, Ill post them up when I get it done. I Should be starting my cycle monday coming up as I am struggling to get rid of a cold this week and want to start my cycle at 110%.

Incline Bench 135x8, 135x8, 135x8
Incline Dumbell Press 60x7,7,7
Cable Crossovers 30x15, 45x12, 30x15

Hanging leg raises 3 sets 15
Weighted decline crunches 3 sets 35x8
Bench leg raises 3 sets 25

I worked out in the morning today, working out in the morning forces me to not have a spot and so unfortunately whether I train to failure or not and get out those extra few reps is determined uncontrollably as I go to school and then work so there just isn't time to go with training partner. The only up side to this is that when it comes to muscle gain, morning training can't be beat.

Strength was not great as it was a morning workout and I also did not get a great sleep last night. I tried to sleep earlier than usual but I kept waking up, most likely because of pure excitement for my workout today. Also I felt very bloated because I spilled a lot more creatine into my no-xplode this morning than I wanted :S. I have been eating a ton of food all day, and trying to keep my lipids high as superdrol negates my lipid profile.........mmmmm peanut butter....

No cardio, however I am playing hockey for an hour tonight.

Mid Row: 135x10, 185x10, 235x8, 235x8
Cable Rows: 150x12, 165x10, 185x 10, 210x9, 165x15
One Arm Dumbell Rows: 80x10, 85x 10, 90x10, 90x12
Mid grip lat pulldown: 135x10, 135x 10
Reverse grip lat pulldown: 135x10, 135x10 drop set to 105x6 to 75x5

Back pump was great today!! No deadlifts today, there is a guy that works at my gym who is a real dick and gets pissed when I do them and kicks me out because he thinks I wreck the weight when I touch them to the ground. I'll have to go heavy deadlifts on friday when he isn't workingSmile

Workout was in the afternoon today, I was feeling pretty tired all day but probably just not enough sleep last night. Strength on rows were great, quite a bit more than usual. I don't think its the superdrol yet, but who knows. No cardio again today as I am playing hockey again tonight.

What's this nonsense of being thrown out of a gym for doing deadlifts?  What kind of gym is this?  Did you do something bad doing a deadlift?!?

This is a gym at a leisure center, I just don't get it. It is all because some random guy gets mad because I am really loud and says that there are other people in the gym and stuff like that, and then he just kept complaining and got me booted outta there. So now everytime I am doing them the guy working gives me **** about them.
