I know there are so many of these and yes im sorry but the others are a little old except the bench and people make progress, so I just wanted to see everyones scores for teen section.

bench:160 just now
deadlift 190 ( so close to 200 pounds just cant lock it)
squat: they scare me to much to do heavy weight lol

bench: 225

squat: 215

deadlift: no idea, I need to rehab my back more before doing heavy.

And d line, if squats really scare you that much, do your heavy sets in the smith machine. It isn't as good as a free bar, but you HAVE to do heavy squats to get great results from your legs. I'm guessing you play football too, squats will help considerably with stablity etc.

Yeah man just practice good form and get comfortable with squats and then increase the weight gradually. slow and steady wins the race, rather then loading the bar and injuring yourself, but definately incorporate them into your routine.
