His dad used to play professional football so I guess it is genetics, but it is freakin insane. At the past lifting meet. There was a kid from another school in my weight class that hit 300 on power cleans. I couldn't go because of a baseball game, but I heard and saw his stats. It is pretty nuts. I guess these are school events. Where do you live? There are no olympic lifts at the meets where I live(at least not for school) it's just dead, squat, bench.

Bench: 231 ( I actually did 225 twice with no help, and then i calculated this on BB.com's 1 RM Calculator ) Squat: 240 Deadlift: 240 I just got my own Olympic weights bench at my house on Wednesday, so these were all within the last week. I've never done squat or deadlift until this last week either, so they'll go up fast. I have been doin bench forever, but it has always been on a smith machine, so I also figure that when I get used to balancing the weight, I'll be able to 1 RM bench somewhere around 250. But these weights are real, and theyre not impressive or anything, but if anyone doesn't believe me, I can post videos with the snap of a finger...

Oh, i forgot something. I weighed 192 pounds about a month and two weeks ago and then i sprained my ankle riding BMX. I'm now at 175!!! (omg that sucks so bad), but I'm at the lowest body fat ive ever been at (5.5%), so I may have quick potential to increase the squat and deadlift. The ankle doesn't hurt or anything, i just want to go easy on it for a while.

ok, those previous maxes were calculated after i lifted and used BB.com's calculator. It's Sunday, and I just maxed out again with real, one-rep maxes, no caculating, this is what i actually did: Bench: 235 lbs. Squat: 255 (Quads parallel to floor) Deadlift: 345 (fully leaned back and locked w/ overhand/underhand grip) Incline: 185 (Boooooo) Powerclean: 165 (Bigger Boooooo) Total of all 5 power moves: 1185 lbs.

Sorry for not replying sooner, I haven't really gotten on in a while. Anyways, I live in Georgia, there are like 2-3 meets a year at different gyms around the area and different schools host them which just means that they transport their weights, racks, bars, ect. to the location for use during the meet.
