Calves...this is kind of a crappy picture.  I can't figure out the best way to flex them and get the best lighting.  Plus, besides chest, calves are my most lacking body part.  I've had two sprained ankles in the last 4 months though, so I couldn't train them for a while.

Fair enough! Thats kinda cool to hear actually

dont know how serious it is between you two but hope she makes you happy, nothing better than a longterm g/f personally!

Thanks.  We've been together since October 2nd, 2005... about 1 year and 9 months...we unfortunately haven't been getting along too well lately though...I don't like her job or co-workers, lol, and it actually causes us to have hard feelings.

That kinda came out wrong... my "lol" was to what is causing the problems, not that we're having them.

Wow!  That is crazy.Smile

She's lifeguard at a big water park in a different city about 40 minutes from our town.  Her co-workers are little skinny lifeguards that feel the need to flirt with her and don't stop even when she tells them to...  Finally, I told her to go along with it and tell them to meet her at the water park on their day off, and I went with her, pissed off.  We were waiting outside the water park, and they came up and I said "Hey, I'm .....'s boyfriend" as she's standing right beside me.  I then asked why they didn't respect her being in a relationship, and they acted like they didn't know what I was talkin bout.  I then pulled out 9 pages of messages/emails one of them had sent her and flung it in his face and started cussin at him.  He then said "ok, won't do it again", and they left the park.  Got home, they had sent me messages saying they were going to jump me next time I go up there and threaten them, hahahaha.  IDIOTS.  I wanted to fight then, and after they run off, they all the sudden want to.  And now they still mess with her......Smile

see i dont mind casual flirting-it's expected, but ive had guys not know when to FO from my girl, and i am getting real close to crackin one of them in the face as soon as the dates set, anyway to your story

Yeah people do that, run and then decide they want to fight, theyre all mouth no balls, ive had one person actually threaten to beat me up while running away LOL.
If they continue to be dicks-go down there again, and then see what they do, if they try to jump you, well, by the looks of these pictures, just fight back and PWN them LOL.

3 words, they work a charm

"he touched her"

works in court everytime, its a great weapon but also a great weakness in todays law system.

by touched i mean...yeah.

I still wouldnt take much of it, my fiancee works at a chip shop and sometimes they get customers that purposefully just piss them off, so i turn up now and again wait for them to start harrassing her, tap them on the shoulder and go "apologise to my fiancee please" LOL.

They say fightings immature and not the way to go, personally, i disagree, throughout my life the one thing thats rarely failed me is violence LOL.

People respond VERY quickly to violence, VERY quickly, it can either make you, or break you.

I'm not going to claim I can fight good since I haven't been in one in over two years.  I don't mess with ppl and they usually don't mess with me.  Only one of them is still doing the harassing, and if I can meet him face to face, I think we can work out our problems, or 170 pounds of pissed off lean mass will do it's best to rearrange some facial features of him, lol.  I'll be going back next week, prolly Tuesday.  If she says he hasn't stopped by then, then I will "discuss" things with him.  I'd rather avoid fighting (for trouble reasons), but I'm definitely not afraid of getting hurt, and I won't have to worry bout that unless there's two of em.

Completely off subject, but I weighed in at 186 today...yessss!  I upped calories by 150 on Monday and changed my routine last week.  That's probably the reason for the two lb gain.

as this is a training journal and made by you, posting your new weight isnt actually off topic Smile

Anyway fair enough, i guess thats what happens when you have adecent police force, you cant go fighting anywhere you want Smile

either way i hope things can be dealt with, if you discuss things with this guy and he acts a dick-punch him for me, actually say "that was from andrew"

just to see the sheer look of confusement on his face LOL.

I cant stand guys who purposefully dont do what you ask for the sole reason they know youll find it annoying, its completely immature and is deserving of a smack lol.

Nice weightgain man, id say you look a tad more than 186lbs for 5'9.5", more 190-192lbs but i guess you have small calves and that makes the illusion, not that i can speak ive got chicken legs lol.

I look that way probably because I was 190 pounds before I sprained the first one, and after I was down to 180.  Pretty much all of that lost weight was leg muscle, especially in the calves.

Yeah, I'm the same way.  As long as they're strong and don't look ridiculously small, then they're big enough for me.  Big legs look like they rub together in the middle and just look bad sometimes.  I would like bigger, more ripped calves though.

Thanks.  My home set is empty standard size five pound dumbells, and I have enough weights to make two 80 pounders.  I have enough olympic weights for my barbell to weigh 430 or so.

Also, someone sent me a PM but I accidentally deleted it without getting your name or replying, so hopefully you'll find the answer here.

Anyways, yeah, it is because of an old injury.  Both of my ankles have been sprained within the past 4 months, so I basically didn't do any leg work for about 2 months straight.  My maxes are probably a little less proportionate now though...I'm guessing : 250 for bench, 290 for squat, and 400 for deadlift.  That's still too close for the bench and squat, but my legs are getting really strong really fast now, and chest is going slow, so it'll all even out.

Good day.  Focused more on real, bodybuilder type contractions rather than powerlifting/ego style lifts, so my weights were less, but I had the mind-muscle connection thing goin' on.

Thanks bro.  I want strength and size, but I need to temp. pick on or the other to maximize gains in that area.  I'm going to focus on size right now (aka proper form with manageable weights), and when I get to 190-195, I'll start doing a powerlifting routine.  Hopefully I'll be getting that heavy after an 8 week cycle of twisted's diet-cycling routine.
