Front lat spread. I really hate this pose. Every time I do it, I look soooo small. I think it looks way better on ppl with tons of mass. Thumbnail Image

The camera cuts me down here I think. In person, you can see like 15 or 20 vertical lines in my shoulder, which look crazy awesome, but the camera just makes my delt look like one big peice of smooth meat. ha Thumbnail Image

ORIGINAL: IBendBarbells Man dude I love your physique. You could beef up the upper chest a bit more But everything is looking great. Thanks man. Not just upper. The whole thing needs some size. It is the last part of my body to respond to growth. I think I lift with too much of an ego and with not enough variation on chest days. Today was good, tho. I did some medium grip stuff, and some halfway techniques. I really should lower the weight to something manageable and focus on contraction rather than do whatever it takes using whatever muscles to get it up. Besides, who do I have to impress... it's not like anyone can see me lifting on my back porch, lol.

got my fat calipers in the mail today...they work different than I imagined (you only check in one place...) According to them, I am 6% body fat... Seems about 2 percent too low, but sounds good to me, lol

Another really good back workout. All lifts increased since last week. Chin ups (these were the only things I was dissappointed with) 18 13 12 Bent over barbell rows 170x12 170x12 170x12 Deadlift 265x12 265x12 265x12 Shrugs 265x12 265x12 265x12 Dumbell rows 80x12 80x12 80x12 Looking back : Can't believe I can do 21 pullups, but only 18 chin up... I guess I got really strong at doing pullups because I did them every back workout at college and I've never done chin ups... Very happy with the deadlifts, but it's almost getting scary. Picking 265 pounds over and over just seems so crazy. I still have good form on them though, and I suppose if really watch it and not ego-lift, I'll be fine.

Also L-Arganaine taken pre workout suppresses growth hormone, meaning it suppresses growth. Dan, I looked more into effects of l-arginine, and I found these in an article. I don't get the "T-cell adhesion to extracellular matrix proteins" part though. "Physical benefits of L-arginine stimulated growth hormone only evidenced during intense exercise and specific sleep-phases" "L-arginine stimulated growth hormone (GH) augments T-cell adhesion to extracellular matrix proteins" http://www.arginineresearch.com/ArginineResearch.htm

Thanks, and I just got some calipers in the mail two days ago, and everytime I've checked it's either 6 or 7%.

Good pics. In reference to your post on the previous page, Cuban Presses are a shoulder conditioning exercise. They pose little risk to the rotators since they are used to keep cuffs healthy and efficient. Good to see them in your routine.

Haha, actually I'm really modest (like I don't talk to girls that much unless they speak to me first), and I have a girlfriend right now, so I don't have to fling them off. I think like two girls may have liked me throughout my whole freshman year at college, but that prolly has a lot do with the fact I don't talk to em, lol. quote:

They didn't hurt me or anything, but it seemed like if I went really heavy with them it would hurt. I think I'm going to start off my shoulder routines with these, using them as a warm-up.

Thats kinda cool to hear actually dont know how serious it is between you two but hope she makes you happy, nothing better than a longterm g/f personally!
