Thanks man! My weight IS higher than ever, between 197 and 202-3 at any point throughout the day... i'm pretty psyched about it.  and that's prolly the reason my strength is goin up so much too, lol




Saturday's Workout

1 mile jog

Well he got the flu bout two or three weeks ago so i'm not sure bout him, but i'll get mine up on friday night!

took this semester off completely almost... jus did maintenance work.  i think i actually used to be able to hit it 12 times... lost  alot of strength lately.  havent lifted in the past 10 days either.  start back tomorrow
