Yeah, i'm 5'9.5" / 5'10" ... I dont think I'm tiny normally, but those pics make my arms look small compared to how they look in real life... it may be the lighting... and thanks btw Your arms are how big? My right is only 16 and my left 15 1/2 - 15 3/4... My arms lack body fat though so maybe thats why they look bigger.

jeesh I got small arms for my height / weight I think.. Anyways yeah not too much of a difference between our arms. Put the light right above your head and point the camera straight at your self. You get a better perception of size.

I actually am not strong at all lol.. not in the chest.. but it grew a bit more.. I figure I can start strength training it now.. Get the mass strength train after. My chest still needs work though got to get it rounded, have to work on the bottom part with dips and decline. Your deltoids and back are pretty dope BTW

And thanks...coincidentally,those are my two favorite muscle groups to train, lol..

Hey how does your diet look? Just wondering... I know your not having a problem putting on weight but I have the feeling you could probably put on 20lbs in about 3 months with your genetics. I mean I know you want to stay lean and all but **** if you could beef up like 20lbs then cut off 10 your going to hit your goal a hell of alot faster then I ever could. Anyways this is what I noticed was wrong with my diet.. Maybe you can learn from my mistakes. meal # 1 - I notice it's hard for me to eat the first meal right after I wake up I am just not as hungry but I force it down. Meal # 2 - I eat this snack but potentially this is when I get my hungriest through out the day. I am like damn I am hungry! The adjust ment I made was within this meal.. Instead of shooting for 600 calories or what ever "I was counting calories" Screw the god damn calories who cares about how many you eat. I slam the food down until i feel like I am going to hurl. I mean it's when I am my most hungry so why not give my body what it craves and then some! Meal # 3 - This is actually lunch and left overs from dinner I am feeling a bit full around this time from meal # 2 but I force it down and make sure I atleast get 600 - 700 calories Meal # 4 - Again I feel the hunger!! Before I even eat this meal I get hungry and I am like I know I have to eat!! So I slam it down don't count the calories just keep eating until I feel like I am going to pop Meal #5 - This is dinner.. pretty much the same as lunch I am a bit full but I be sure to slam down atleast 600 - 700 calories Meal #6 - I want to get an ass load of calories before I go to bed so I make a thick ass shake with peanut butter, banana, ice cream, oatmeal and muscle milk! See the adjustments I made! if your feeling hungry at all slam your body with how ever much food you can who cares if you get some fat with it especially if your lean and have a fast metabolism. It may not work for mesomorphs but it sure as hell works for ecto's. I learned this from the much larger guys I am training with. People over analyze why they aren't gaining weight all the time.. maybe it's the training.. maybe it's my activity level.. maybe it's the food I am eating.. NO NO NO! YOU JUST NEED TO EAT YOUR ASS OFF! Anyway thats just what I learned I figure I would share it with you. On another note my routine is obviously helping me add muscle fast to my shoulders and chest. If you write down your whole routine for me maybe I can incorp my chest and shoulder work outs into your current routine. Thats all up to you though since your body is looking dope anyways!

my diet is honestly looking a lot like yours, lol... even the muscle milk shake right before bed... like you said, screw counting calories sometimes, when i'm hungry I know that I'm getting enough calories cuz i eat like a pound of food, no joke, lol. When I'm not as hungry (on some of the inbetween meals) I do count tho just to make sure I'm getting over 500... And I would post my full weekly routine, but it's changing all the time... Every workout I do, I do it slightly differently than the last as far as the actual exercises go... if i do the same exercise, I make sure to add weight/reps to it... I only have time to post this workout right now, but later today, I'll go through your (IBB) journal and read what youve been doing for chest and delts and i'll try it the next time i do chest/delt/tri day.... Here's today's workout Flat bench 135x8 warmup 225x7 205x9 155x10 DB Lateral raises 25x8 30x8 (new PR for me) 25x8 Incline Dumbell Bench presses 50x8 65x9 55x9 Triceps Pushdowns supersetted with One-arms lateral raises from a low pulley 80x12 35x10 120x12 30x8 none 25x8 Hammer Strenth decline "swing machine" (total weight NOT including the machine's weight) 90x8 180x8 230x6 (by far a new PR for me) Seated DB shoulder presses (as a cooldown) 35x8 Bench dips (as a cooldown) body weight x 10 Here's a breakdown of sets per body part Chest - 8 heavy + 2 light (dang, almost UNDERtraining) Triceps - 9 heavy + 4 light (nearly overtraining IMO) Front delts - 9 heavy + 3 light Side delts - 6 heavy

It's pretty simple all I did was take out all pressing movements from my shoulder day except for one.. Before I was doing 2 and saw progress. before that 3 - 4 and never saw progress.. Do mostly laterals shrugs etc on your shoulder day. Only do either military press or dumbell shoulder press etc.. Keep the majority of your pressing movements on your chest day. Thats pretty much the only change I made for the delts. Aside from that it almost looks like you and I eat about the same and train alike. I was just putting that out there as an FYI, cause I made so many mistakes in 07 it was stupid lol.
