My guess is he is suffering from that injury and a little depressed that he had to cut off the cycle early which is going to result in a significant loss in muscle. Since his hormone levels will be down and he won't be able to train for some time.


This is just my guess... we will see what he says when he comes back. You take risks when you body build and especially when you use anything that mess's with your hormones.. Injuries can really screw you up and set you back.

I'm still in the BB world, but I've been taking it very easy to give my forearm time to heal.  I've only been lifting 2 days a week, and both of those days are pretty light.  I think it is almost completely healed, but I'm definitely not going to train forearms directly for a month or two.  And tonight I'll try a real workout and see if it is working good enough yet...  this really sucks...

TBH, I really do not know.... maybe bike riding or weight lifting, but it definitely had a pulled muscle in it.

dont know what kind of a pose this is... but it's pretty much my entire upper body in the front... i hate it cuz it makes my arms look TINY and doesn't show cuts very well, but i dont think anyone on here will really care, lol

How tall are you again? 5'10? You look about the same size as my cousin only more ripped but he is 192 5'10 - 5'11

Yeah, i'm 5'9.5" / 5'10" ... I dont think I'm tiny normally, but those pics make my arms look small compared to how they look in real life... it may be the lighting... and thanks btw
