My guess is he is suffering from that injury and a little depressed that he had to cut off the cycle early which is going to result in a significant loss in muscle. Since his hormone levels will be down and he won't be able to train for some time. This is just my guess... we will see what he says when he comes back. You take risks when you body build and especially when you use anything that mess's with your hormones.. Injuries can really screw you up and set you back.

I'm still in the BB world, but I've been taking it very easy to give my forearm time to heal. I've only been lifting 2 days a week, and both of those days are pretty light. I think it is almost completely healed, but I'm definitely not going to train forearms directly for a month or two. And tonight I'll try a real workout and see if it is working good enough yet... this really sucks...

TBH, I really do not know.... maybe bike riding or weight lifting, but it definitely had a pulled muscle in it.

Squats - Perfect form, going to parallel bar x 6 135x10 184x6 225x6 Leg Press - 305x8 410x8 500x10 410x10 supersetted w/ Seated Calf Raises 90x15 90x12 135x10 Long ab workout, utilizing both contracting and non-contracting exercises... prolly 5 minutes Standing calf Raises (on a machine) 400x15 400x13 400x12 supersetted w/ Seated leg curls 12 blocks x 12 x10 10blocks x 12 Seated Crunch machine w/ 30 lbs attached x20 x20 x20 Then i got a free no bake cookie protein shake for helping the gym owner move in some big, heavy black mats.... heck yeah, haha!

Pulldowns (for a warm up) 110x8 130x8 Pullups 8 8 pulldowns again (as a warm down) 150x10 Seated Alternating DB curls 25x8 (warm up) 40x8 40x8 30x10 Shrug machine (weights dont include the rack itself) 180x15 230x15 250x12 T-bar Rows (i think that's wut they're called) 70x8 (warm up) 90x10 100x8 or 9 i forgot seated pulley rows - v-bar - 8 blocks x 8 (warm up) then some type of wider bar w/ vertical grips 12 x 12 10 x 12 8 x 12 DB Shrugs 60x12 (warm up) 75x12 75x10 Seated conc. curls 30x8 (warm up) 35x10 I REALLY emphasized warming up today since it' been so cold out lately. I personally see it as a good precaution to avoid any joint problems... Felt great during the workout too.

Military press machine (sucked) for a warmup 25 lbs (each side) x 8 50 lbs x 10 60 lbs x 8 Lying bench machine 45 lbs (each side) x 8 70 lbs x 8 80 lbs x 8 90 lbs x 7 70 lbs x 8 Lateral Raises 30's x 8 30's x 8 25's x 8 Incline DB Benches 45x8 55x8 50x8 Triceps Press downs 60x10 bar 100x12 bar 100x10 rope 80x 10 rope Upright decline swing machine... 45 (each side) x 8 70 x 8 80 x8 85 x8 upright db front raises meeting up front in middle 20's x 8 15's x8 awesome workout... fun and got a good pump my last set on most exercises went to failure...

How tall are you again? 5'10? You look about the same size as my cousin only more ripped but he is 192 5'10 - 5'11 You look good bro. I don't think you look Tiny BTW.
