no true way to get it checked properly without a finger or two poking around, but as uncomfortable as it may be, we all have to go through it some time. just bite the bullet and youll be fine...besides, youre doing it for one damn good reason, to get huggggeee

cant say im looking forward to getting probed, lol but im looking forward to getting hugeSmile

yes coulaid, technically he shouldnt. BUT...we all know the facts here. a guy who is 18-21 THINKS he is invinceable(myself included!) and can take whatever he wants. Id prefer to see a guy take some liquigels, get huge results, and then stay away from juice for a while longer, as opposed to taking x-factor, get decent results and have the thought of juice lingering in his head for even BETTER results.

I'd rather see someone stay away from juice + halo's under 21. X-Factor provided great results on its own with me. Only thing that I worry about is $$$ and sides with some people. Results shouldn't be your only factor in determining your supplements.

there you go, its the x-factor thread str8 from a rep

i just thought about it and if i use creatine while on x-factor, after 50 days i can probly gain about 25 lbs+ if x-factor and cissus work for me!

i figure 15lbs from x-f + 10lbs from creatine + w/e cissus can do for me.

im gonna have to get prostate checked first before i use x-f but if all gos well, ill hopefully weigh 175-180 by february cuz im still cutting to 150 now

After 2-4 weeks you should notice results.

As for the fats: PB, Enova, Eggs where my main sources of Fats. PB is A-OKAY on X-factor.

My fats were 30% of my diet. Extremely high protein too... i ate 5200 cals Smile

25 lbs in 50 days doesn't sound a little ridiculous to you?

I would go over any diet you do with your doctor....

if you are worried about health i would

have PB and Enova as your main sources of fats.

Still include omega-3's just not as high as normal. 20% would also be okay.

Let me see if i can dig up my final x-factor diet.
