Isn't Lipoderm-Y supposed to reduce fat in the spot that you use it, as opposed to total body fat? I mean, if you rub it on your tummy, it is supposed to make the fat cells on your tummy open up and release triglycerides into your blood stream. If you don't burn these triglycerides, they will just go find another fat cell to live in, in your butt let's say. Heck, they might even just go back to the original tummy fat cell. If you rubbed it all over, all you'd accomplish is a temporary spike in your blood fats. So diet and excerise will make you lose fat all over, but diet and exercise and this product should, in theory, help you lose fat in the spot where you are rubbing it. I'd be interested to see if you notice any difference in a particular SPOT, as opposed to overall weight and bodyfat. Personally, I find the claims very suspect. It seems like making a fat cell give up its horde of fat just by rubbing some chemical on your skin would qualify as a drug, and therefore be regulated by the FDA.

IMHO, staying as lean as you would for a comp all year round is not healthy. However, it depends on the person. It is my understanding that for a comp, people are typically at 2-3% fat if that much! I think 10% bodyfat would be ideal. anything lower I think you risk burning muscle if you are more active a certain day. Maybe I am wrong on this, after all I have only been doing this lifestyle for a year.

You're not wrong, most everything is correct. Bodybuilding competitors change their diet for their comps, eat a lot more carbs less calories and work a little harder. Then the fattin up a tad to maintain and build more. I find it crazy though for some one to look like skin and muscle all the time. Why would anyone want to do that? You'd wear out your brain keeping track.
