Nice man.  Those are the good days, when your max is under 200.  It goes up all the time!  And then it gets harder, lol.

250. Been stuck here for forever it seems like. I am hoping to break past it soon. I weigh 175.

Meh my arms are alright but heres the shocker, if no one knew me and i was new, i could get away with saying thats a 17" arm as my body isnt present

It will interest you to know that the arm you see in my display pic is 12.5"
Im not ****ting you
I have killer mountains but my arms are genetically STICK thin, they have no thickness, though theyre strong and have killer definition.
I got my biggest size through doing very high amount of reps and literall doing enough sets until my arms were actually feeling "tight"
which is basically when youve exercised so much you get a really strong stretch feeling when you straighten the arm.

They used to be 15.5"
I cant get the size back, ive been training for 6 months for 5-8 reps and so far ive gained 1lbs strength and about .25"

I dont really gain size or strength that well apart from in squat and deadlift which is where most of my muscle weight since starting has gone.
Not that i mind, but i would prefer to have more inches on my arms

d line-its only my bench i suck at, deadlift im average at and squat im very skilled at, but i do wish my bench was higher, i dont even want a stupidly high bench, id be happy with a max of 160-175lbs

I weigh roughly 160lbs right now at 6-7% BF

Builtdarntough yes i did them monday, and thanks to you my arms are still sore-sunday, technically monday 3 am LOL.

I also noticed a 3/4" pump and a overally nearly 1/4" gain

I didnt go to 95lbs like you mentioned before as i cant curl 95lbs without cheating, but yeah i completed it.

I grunted and made humorous faces and went red but yeah just about completed it LOL.

I do like it yes it definitely felt different than to my normal workouts.

Ive been very sore, even worse is i was sticking plasterboard saturday and sunday which requires using your arms loads, and gah i was a mess this weekend lol.

On my own, did them at home, i got up to 70lbs.
I have pretty good arm endurance, im a plasterer/dry liner so im used to using my arm for hours on end with no rest.
