had a little time, so i maxed on bench and then did a light upper body workout. 

new bench max: 330 SmileSmileSmileSmileSmileSmile

ok, had some time off with exams and beginning of the summer.. back into the gym today.. FINALLY!

Shoulders/Traps
Military Press: 135- 8, 8, 8, 8
Cable Front Raises: 40- 8, 8, 8
Cable Side Raises: 30- 10, 10, 10
Cable Reverse Flies: 50- 8, 8, 8
DB Shrugs: 100- 10, 10, 10, 10

oh yeah this guy.. now you look like your following me and wicked. You passed me a bit in some area's that really makes me mad Smile still not sure what I max at though. Once I start repping 120 - 130lb dumbells I should be good.


Good job with that bench max bro. that is pretty awsome!

P.S im still bigger Smile hehehe just kidding.

SLDL: 205- 10, 10

yea.. my pre-workout protein shake kicked in and said screw you, you ain't doin legs today.. and so i spent most of the afternoon on the toiletSmile
