ok, had some time off with exams and beginning of the summer.. back into the gym today.. FINALLY! Shoulders/Traps Military Press: 135- 8, 8, 8, 8 Cable Front Raises: 40- 8, 8, 8 Cable Side Raises: 30- 10, 10, 10 Cable Reverse Flies: 50- 8, 8, 8 DB Shrugs: 100- 10, 10, 10, 10

LEGS Squats: 245- 6, 6, 6, 6 SLDL: 205- 10, 10 yea.. my pre-workout protein shake kicked in and said screw you, you ain't doin legs today.. and so i spent most of the afternoon on the toilet
