Hmmm, that's a good idea I hadn't considered--doing Jeff's light primer workout in the interim. Makes a lot of sense. Keeps the nervous system primed, but as long as I keep it light and easy, I shouldn't prolong this farking cold. Ok, so maybe tomorrow I'll give it a go, and pay attention to how I feel. Thanks, Marc! BTW, nice new avatar. Looking pretty damn studly!

Why am I so slow! My partner swears by that stuff, too! I wonder why he didn't remind me about it . . . Hmmm, let me see if it was a plot to knock me off. . . <later> He claims innocence and forgetfulness. Yeah yeah yeah. I'll do that, Coop, thanks for the reminder!

it's the Nomad Cold! It can't decide where it wants to reside--my throat? my sinuses? my stomach? Today we're back in the sinuses. It's incredibly frustrating. Yes and no on the food plan. I'm eating my programmed menu for the most part, and getting in multiple meals a day. But I'm always hungry (is it feed a cold, starve a fever, I can never remember?). So I've had extra meals, mostly cereal (shredded grains) and milk. My legs ache, and I'm sleeping poorly (combination of d*&^^%$ virus and lack of exercise). ARGHHHHHHHHH! I imagine that I'm getting fatter and weaker by the moment! Thanks for letting me get the drama queen out of me.

I'm thinking . . . hoping! I can go back to the gym tomorrow. I'm actually mapping out my workouts for the next couple of weeks as I type this. Z

Hey Marc, what's your philosophy on the exercise selection from week-to-week? Phase-to-phase?
