I am going into an intensive outpatient trauma therapy program and will not be near a gym.

This is the first time using my lifting belt and it offered a lot of support during squats and deads. Not to mention the fact I was deadlifting as much as a male athlete, that always makes one feel good.

I don't know.? i need to take it easy so i can get back to lifting ASAP.

How bad does the hip hurt? Did you have someone look at it?

I think it might have been the way I was sleeping. Jogging/walking does NOT have that effect on me. I'm on a walking campus so it shouldn't have hurt my hip like that. I didn't have anyone look at it. If it still hurts tomorrow I might go see someone. I want to make sure that lifting is okay. It's a lot better though. Looks like tomorrow will be a lifting day, if I don't sleep on it wrong again that is.

I will be back to the gym on Saturday. I think the stress of finals week coming up is stressing me out. I need to get some studying and stuff done before I get back to the gym. As much as I love lifting, grades must come first. Semester break is coming and then there will be NOTHING standing between me and the gym, except maybe the weather.

Finals are kicking my butt. I have SOOOOO much work to do. (ten papers at 3 pages each, not to mention 3 finals, etc. etc.) I have no idea when I'll be able to get to the gym again. I'm so anxious about not lifting, even though I know studies comes first. Good thing is, over semester break, I'll be hitting the gym consistently and even if I don't, I have free weights at home. College is NOT conducive to training, at all.
