Good job on making the entry, how many times a week are you lifting? Is the above a single workout?

Also dont forget to post some goals you want ..  Like mine was =not fat
Eat...Lift....Sleep......Repeat

Enjoy the process.. but crave the goal.

The above is one workout, my upper body workout. I do lower body on alternate days. I lift six days a week.

Goals, hmm..... Ultimate goal is to do a body weight bench press, but I don't know how long that will take. Don't really have many goals, just lift more. I should probably gain some more weight, but if it happens, it happens.

I'm just glad to have figured out times to work out. After lifting all summer and taking such an ENORMOUSLY HUGE break it feels great to be back i nthe gym.

Wow. Feel better soon, sophie- I had a fever recently myself. Personally, I just get in some real warm clothes, jump in a winter sleeping bag, and sweat it out in one night- Works for me, but it depends on what's wrong with you. Flu, or something like that, no problem. If the fever's from some sort of infection, probably not a good idea.

At least I can feel that I worked out on Sunday. These weights actually give me that nice soreness I haven't had in a while. Didn't go to the gym yesterday because I didn't think my lgs would make it up back up the huge hill, not to mention I had TONS of school work to do, as I do tomorrow. I am going to try to get upper body in twice this week: Thursday and Saturday and just leave lovewer body at twice this week.

Oct 17
47 mins

Smith Machine Squats - 85-5-5-5 (65 was WAY too light)
Hamstring Curl - 65-5-5-5
Adductors - 90-5-5-5
Abductors - 90-5-5-5
Calf Raises (on the 45 ° Leg Press machine) 390-5-5-5
Plate Loaded 45 ° Leg Press 320-5-5-5 (form was better)
Side Bends - 10-20-20-20
Knee Lifts - N/A-20-20-20

I've decided that I don't think I can make it to the gym six days a week. I'm going to combine my upper and lower body routine into one day. It will be a longer workout, twice as long, but I;ll only be going three times a week. I'll see if that's easier to stick to. I have to figure something out. I feel like a lazy bum not getting my workout in.
