ive done that with drinking, but never weights :/

some times it's the muscles involved that stops u from adding weight maybe ur shoulders or triceps are weak so u can't add weights to ur bench press change ur split first u can't do shoulders on the next day of the bench ofcourse u won't be able to do it well make ur shoulders on a seperate day or work it with ur chest......

wtf traps twice a week and 30 sets chest workout t,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, follow this workout for 3 weeks and i promise u'll see nice results ;) u'll have a nice belly and ur chest will dissappear

for that not to be over training you have to have 3 things going for oyu a gentic GOD, a stack as long as a phone book, AND you're on steriods

30 sets for chest once a week can work for some people I know a guy who do 37 sets for chest once a week and he can bench press 300 for 11 reps so he's not overtraining
