http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Creatine That should clear up the creatine section. Now, also from wikipedia to clear up the NO probelm:
In the body, nitric oxide (the 'endothelium-derived relaxing factor', or 'EDRF') is synthesized from arginine and oxygen by various nitric oxide synthase (NOS) enzymes and by sequential reduction of inorganic nitrate. The endothelium (inner lining) of blood vessels use nitric oxide to signal the surrounding smooth muscle to relax, thus dilating the artery and increasing blood flow. Nitric oxide is a key biological messenger, playing a role in a variety of biological process. These include blood vessel dialatation, neurotransmission, modulation of the hair cycle, and penile erections. "Nitro" vasodialators such as nitroglyceric are converted to nitric oxide. Similarly, as the name implies, the vasodialating antihypertensive agent Minoxidil is a nitric oxide agonist. Nitric oxide also plays a role in the modulation of hair growth and hair loss. Thus, Minoxidil is also a hair growth stimulator.
Nitric oxide is also generated by macrophages as part of the human immune response. Nitric oxide is toxic to bacteria and other human pathogens. Many bacterial pathogens have evolved mechanisms for nitric oxide resistance.
Nitric oxide can contribute to reperfusion injury when excessive nitric oxide produced during reperfusion (following a period of ischemia) reacts with superoxide to produce to produce the damaging free radical peroxynitrite.
And on a personal note, I would like to add that I have tried NO2 about a year and a half ago and it was ok. It wasn't amazing but I was on it for 2 months. I've been to the doctor several times after the use of NO2, for check up on my liver function and routine blood tests and I'm fine. I get a check up every couple of months and I'm actually getting progessively healthier albiet a slow process (that really doesn't have anything to do with the NO2 but it's definitely worth mention). I also told the doctor I was on NO2 and he didn't condemn the use of NO2 but he also said that he didn't recommend the stuff. And he never mentioned anything about rotting organs. NOTHING! I have also tired N.O. Xplode and it was great. The stuff really works. I have been using N.O Xplode for about 2 weeks and I personally like it.
As someone clearly pointed it out, N.O. isn't for everyone which is why the warning labels are on stuff and the recommendation of a doctor's advice is told to you by the label.
