Don't look to creatine to do that.  It is just a supplement...the extra little boost.

You should be getting bigger and having great workouts already!

If you are not, look at your training, nutrition and recovery!
If one of those is not dialed in, no supplement will help.

No.  The body efficiently makes creatine and breaks it down.

hey ive been taking creatine and its great :)
not sure but i think i weigh 162 now
ive heard that it would be better if i took creatine for a while and stopped for a little while so that my body doesnt become used to using all that extra ATP from creatine and so if i dont take it my body is going to feel really weak when i workout
is that true
or would it be better to take creatine non-stop

Creating is a natural part of our diet and energy systems.

When you supplement you simply gradually raise the amount stored in the body.
When you stop it can take 6 weeks for the levels to return to baseline.
There is no known benefit to stopping and starting again...but you would have to stop for over 6 weeks.

It is not a problem to take it non-stop if you take a pure form in an acceptible dosage.
The body does not "get use to it" and lose efficiency.
