i got more exercise than i will ever need in a day today.  i played hockey for 4 hours str8, than took an hour break, went back and played another 2 hours.  im burnt out right nowSmile

today i decided to cheat cuz i really wanted to have cheesecake, so i made some last nite and im gonna eat it throughout the day.Smile

a more important note is that my vascularity is starting to get crazy.  at times i can see multiple veins in my biceps poking out.  and when im working out you can see a roadmap of veins in my forearms, its crazy!

ever since ive stopped the creatine about a week ago, my face has narrowed out more, but i havent noticed any decreased bloating anywhere else.

also id like to note that i havent lost strength on anything except leg press(-10lbs).  everything else went up!

today is another hockey game and my leg workout killed me yesterday.  str8 leg deadlifts killed me, i did 2 sets at 225 for 5 reps each.

EDIT:  my hockey game got rained outSmile

i plan on finishing my cut in about 2 weeks, than im gonna take a week off than im gonna bulk w/ x-factor!!!  i believe that my bulk happens to start a day or two after thanksgiving, so perfect timing, lol

today i got my free bottle of CEL NOX Surge which the guys over at Cutting Edge Labs were nice enough to let me log and review it in return for giving it to me.  unfortunately you guys wont get to see my log on this site because im only tracking it at bb.com(youll know where tolook if you got there)Smile

i took 2 scoops before my workout and i got a nice boost from it and it tastes amazing(blue raspberry flavor), almost like the blue gatorade.

my shoulder and knee were hurting yesterday, so i took it somewhat easy on chest/leg day.  i also played hockey for 1.5 hours yesterday.

i will finish cutting in about a week.  than im taking a week off than i will be starting my bulking log.  ill be using x-factor and satur8 rush both for the first time.  and hopefully ill get chosen a tester for IntraXcell(beta-alanine product) so i may be using that too.Smile  i hope to gain about 15-20lbs of muscle before march, than ill start cutting again

well heres my final photo for my cutting log, this is after being sick and not working out for 3 days, so i think it couldve looked better.  also if i wasnt so milky white, youd be able to see better definition:

i didnt follow any specific diet, i just tracked my calories everyday so that i was eating 2500 a day.

however i did my best to keep protein high, so i was taking in about 200g a day and i was getting about 250g carbs and the rest of the calories was from fat.

also i didnt have carb meals at night.  i pretty much had chicken and peanuts or eggs as my last meal everyday.




hopefully i will have my final measurements up on saturday(if i dont forget)Smile

well ladies and gentlemen, here are my results from start to finish:

START:

Neck-13.75
Chest-39
Left Arm-14
Right Arm-13.75
Forearms(unflexed)-11
Wrist-7
Stomach(at navel)-33
Waist-33.75
Hips-37.5
Calves-14.5

5'9.5" 162lbs

FINISH:
 
Neck-13.5(-1/4")

Right Arm-13.25(-1/2")
Forearms(unflexed)-10.625(-3/8")
Wrist-6.75(-1/4")
Stomach(at navel)-30.375(-2 5/8")

5'9.5" 151lbs

Final Words:

over a 9 week cut(and one week break) i lost 11lbs, none of which was muscle, actually my strength went up noticeably while i was cutting.  overall i only lost about 1/2" on my arms and chest which is great and i lost nearly 2.5" off both my waist and stomach.  im very pleased w/ my results and i hope everyone who followed my log is proud of my results.Smile

Well now im off to bulking, im going to start my log right nowSmile
