im a week into my cutting and my lifts are still going up, and i dont think its from the creatine yet, cuz that usually doesnt kick in for about 3 weeks.

i dont feel any different from when i was bulking with 3500 calories.  i still have energy and my lifts are still going up.  i really dont know how well the fat burners are working because ive never properly cut before, so i dont know what my results will be like.

however i do know that ill retain all my strength and muscle size throughout the cut.  i used to diet by slowly tapering off how much i ate a day.  i was eating about 1500 or less calories across 3 meals a day for 4 months and i didnt lose any strength until the 4th month.

snap you were bulking with 3500....**** how much over your TDEE is that?

im bulking with 3100-3400 and im 175-179 6`1

3500 is only 500 over maintenance for.  i need so many calories cuz im pretty active in sports and such.  for 5'10" 162, 3500 seems like a truckload more than i need but its not.

today was back and shoulder day and my lifts are still on the rise.Smile

when the creatine kicks in for me in a few more days or a week, my lifts are gonna shoot up some moreSmileSmileSmile

im also noticing the large vein in my bicep is starting to show itself again and a bunch more in my forearms.SmileSmileSmileSmileSmileSmileSmile

well the creatine has started to kick in!  my cable curls today were up 20lbs, my tri pushdown was up 10lbs and my reverse grip pushdown was up 5lbs per arm.

i weighed my self this morning and i weighed in at 161.5!

also, i have a week supply of melting point, a week supply of amp and a week supply of stimulant x that im gonna throw in towards the end of my cut.

if i did the math right, i have to gain 3lbs more of lean mass and lose 9.5lbs more of fat and i will be at 7%BF, weighing in at 155

today i weighed in at 161.  i lost 1.5lbs of fat in a week, not bad.

ill have new measurements and BF% up next saturday!

whatr ive been doing is eating small meals the whole day than base about 1200 calories right around my workout.  that way i have energy for workout and i can rebuild.

my arms are the same size now but look bigger now cuz they are more cut.  today's tri/bi/ab day!

my 6-pack is already showing better than it was!  by the 6-8 week mark, ill probly have a nice ripped 6-pack.Smile  once i have one ill decide whether or not to keep cutting.  from the looks of it, i probly wont have to cut more than 8 weeks at the most.  definitely shorter than i thought, so im happy!  the hungers really settin in these last few days.  im hungry 20 minutes after i eat, and its really annoying.Smile

also im gonna be throwing in about 25g dextrose postworkout and post cardio and caffeine pre workout and in the morning soon.  i ordered a bag of NOW dextrose and higher power caffeine from bb.com last night, so hopefully itll be here, the latest saturday.

Im awesome!  i dropped 2.2%BF in 2 weeks and gained half a pound of lean mass!
O ya, i also dropped an inch off my stomach!!!!!  and 3/4" off my waist!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

tomorrow i start poppin 200mg of caffeine anhydrous twice a day.  i like the energy boost for workouts and it helps me last longer for hockey too.Smile  the only side effect i get from caffeine is paying attention in school and not trying to sleep through classSmile

today i also started taking dextrose with my creatine postwo and with my creatine post cardio on morning cardio days.

my chest sucked so muchtoday , i was upsetSmile

i got 135 for 8 reps on bench which was an improvement from last week, but my incline bench ****in sucked, and so did my pec flies, but my leg workout was goodSmile

yesterday i played a pick-up game of hockey for about an hour and a half.  the game ended in a tie at 9-9.Smile  but i scored 5 goalsSmile

i thought the creatine had kicked in a week ago, but it doesnt seem like it has yet.  i find it to be very strange.  when i had taken cell-tech i saw massive strength gains in about 3 weeks.  its almost a month now and i havent seen anything but average gains.  i started taking my creatine as if it were cell-tech though w/ hopes that it will work better.  i started taking 10g of mono w/ 32g dextrose post workout and the same on the mornings i dont workout.  no more prewo creatine, just post from now on for me.  if this doesnt work im gonna try phosphagen hp 2s at a time so that its 10.5g of creatine mono w/ 72g dextrose and 2g taurine and some other stuff in it too.

i managed to lose 2lbs this week by upping my protein from about 170g to 200g a day!!!!  ill find out next week if any of that weight lost was lean massSmile
