i would megadose xtend if i had the money, but i cant spend $50 a week the way id use it, so i just drag it out as long as possible. really i dont feel its necessary to use it pre and post cardio anyways. an hour before i go to the gym i eat and when im done i have a whey shake, so i dont think its necessary to worry abnout muscle breakdown than.
todays workout was leg and ab day and it was pretty good, ive cut calories for 2 days now and my lifts still went up from last week, so im happy
unfortunately i still feel fat, lol
