My Cutting Log!!!!! - Sunday, September 17, 2006 5:26 AM
To make a long story short, i feel fat, so im cutting for about 3 months.  you can see my stats in my signature.

my workouts are every other day, everything is to be done in 3x8.  so here goes:


Day 1-
Shoulders/Traps/Back
15 minutes biking upon waking

Day 2-
15 minutes biking upon waking

Day 3-
Biceps/Triceps/Abs
15 minutes biking upon waking

Day 4-
15 minutes biking upon waking

Day 5-
Legs/Calves/Chest
15 minutes biking upon waking

Day 6-
15 minutes biking upon waking 


Rinse, Lather, Repeat


My supps are taken like this:

Wake-up:
VS Ultimate Man Multi
Fish Oil
Vitamin C(500mg)
Green Tea(315mg) 

Wake-up(on cardio days) Pre-Cardio:
2 scoops CEL NOX Surge
2 scoops Xtend

Post-Cardio:
Grape Juice(20g Dextrose)

After School:
VS Ultimate Man Multi
Fish Oil

Pre-Workout:
2 scoops CEL NOX Surge


Post Workout:
Grape Juice(20g Dextrose)
1 scoop On 100% Whey Gold

Before Bed:
Ultra Peptide/Cottage Cheese


Here's my starting measurements:

Neck-13.75
Chest-39
Left Arm-14
Right Arm-13.75
Forearms(unflexed)-11
Wrist-7
Stomach(at navel)-33
Waist-33.75
Hips-37.5
Calves-14.5

5'9.5" 162lbs @ 13.2%BF

LBM=141lbs
Fat=21lbs

my goal for this cut is to get:

my waist down to 29-30"
a six or eight-pack(ill probly go to 8)
150lbs@6%bf

today i hopped on the stationary bike for 15 minutes and later on ill be playing some hockey, at thats all for today

how you liking those ON fat burners i was thinking about trying them instead of using BC since they arent thermogenic and wont mess up my TDEE to much

i cant tell yet, todays my first day on them.  from the looks of the ingredients in it, it looks like it will help out a bit but its nothing to special.

However im curious why the xtend before and after cardio and not with weight training?

i would megadose xtend if i had the money, but i cant spend $50 a week the way id use it, so i just drag it out as long as possible.  really i dont feel its necessary to use it pre and post cardio anyways.  an hour before i go to the gym i eat and when im done i have a whey shake, so i dont think its necessary to worry abnout muscle breakdown than.

todays workout was leg and ab day and it was pretty good, ive cut calories for 2 days now and my lifts still went up from last week, so im happy

unfortunately i still feel fat, lol

haha ya i kind of wanted to cut another 2 months but f that haha 5 months was enough for me im just hoping the lil bit of stomach fat will drop off with me eating like right at my TDEE and just eating liek 100% clean, and im hoping that ON fat burner will aid a bit.

i just bulked for the past 3 months and put on 15lbs so im happy and due for a cut.  im shooting for a perfect six-pack at the end of this.  maybe 8 if im lucky, but i doubt it.
 
theres no point of eating at your maintenance level unless you want to stay the same weight.  if you want to lose some more fat, go under your tdee by 300-500 cals for a month or two.

today was a cardio day.  was all good.
 
also today i sweat my ass off framing and constructing a wall for a house, so i sweat off a good amount of water.

ya, honestly this is the 1st time ive been serious about like using fitday and **** and yesterday i thought i ate over and i checked i ate under at 2800 :( so apperently ive been eating under all the time haha, so hopefulyl fitday will keep me on track and i think im just going to eat about 300 over cause i mean if im eating clean doing cardio 3 times a week the fat will slowly go off while i build some mass! but well see how it goes!
 
and what flavor of xtend did ya get i got grape and its aight but i think ima order some watermelon this time.

anyways today was a good workout for me, some lifts stood the same, some went up
