Didn't you do a cycle of this once, Marc? Yup. And I loved it. Lately I've been flying without a clear plan and going to the gym to just do stuff is really bugging me! This is exactly what I need.

Did you journal your diet on the last run? I'm putting together my meal plans (I want to plan it all the way through one cycle), and am looking for suggestions.

That I didn't do. I've got this Diet Master Software (pretty high end stuff) and I plan on using it for my mass bulking phase over the less precise (but very good) methods in the Optimum Anabolics guide. I will adjust accordingly for the low protein phase. I could post what I'm personally going to eat for the next 7 days. It does get a little borning mind you but if you introduce too much variety every day for every meal, it gets crazy out of hand to try and meet your goals. Which is why they say bodybuilding diets can be pretty boring. I think my meal plan will be acceptable. I can post if you like? A PDF upload or something.

I've been talking to my veggie friends (yes, there are others besides Mr. I-Hop Brett!), and gotten some great vegetarian cookbook recommendations, too. Much better than what I had lying around.

I'll be curious to see your low protein meal plans, too! Will do when I get that far in the meal planning. At the moment, I will probably print off a few of the ideas you've got brewing over in the low protein thread as well as just bumping up the veggies/fruits and eating more Asian style dishes without the meat.

Well the online bodybuilding world is all abuzz about the "Muscle Nerd", Jeff Anderson's "Optimum Anabolics Challenge" contest where YOU have the chance to win $1,000 cash for building muscle and burning fat with the Optimum Anabolics program! But there have also been a few "skeptics" as well... ...and so, Jeff has actually put together a short video presentation that answers 3 "hot seat" questions he's received! He's even included a few of the "BEFORE" pictures of some contestants so he can prove his point about WHAT this contest is all about! You've GOT to see these pictures! They're an inspiration to ANYONE who's been busting their @$$ in the gym and tired of seeing all the steroid-riddled pros winning these phony "before and after" contests! Go watch the video NOW by going to: http://tinyurl.com/gjkfh
