Jeff Anderson (you probably know him better as the "Muscle Nerd" - creator of the Optimum Anabolics natural bodybuilding program)

...is GIVING away $1,000 in an "Average Joe" bodybuilding contest he's calling...

...the "Optimum Anabolics Challenge"!

No...that's NOT a typo!  ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS...for doing nothing more than what you are already doing right now...busting your @$$ in the gym to build the best body you can!

You can see all of the details at this link:

http://oachallenge.justaskmarc.com

...but you MUST go check it out now because all entries must be in by midnight on September 29th!

And here's the cool part (besides the money, of course!)...

...this is NOT a contest reserved only for "steroid-sized mutants"!

That's why Jeff nicknamed this promotion the "Average Joe Bodybuilding Contest"!

It's all about transforming your appearance and the one person who does it the best after 9 weeks will win..."hardgainer"..."average Joe"...corn-fed farmboy...doesn't matter!  ANYONE can enter and ANYONE can win!

All you have to do is send in your "Before" picture...train with Optimum Anabolics for 9 full weeks...and then send in your "After" picture!

That's it!

It doesn't cost a thing to participate and he's even going to throw in some special "surprise" bonuses along the way for all of the contestants.

Imagine receiving a whopping GRAND for simply building muscle and burning fat!

Go check out the details for the contest now at:

http://oachallenge.justaskmarc.com

And remember, you have to hurry because all entries MUST be in by midnight September 29th!

Go NOW to http://oachallenge.justaskmarc.com to get entered!

P.S. - If you haven't yet seen the Optimum Anabolics program then you owe it to yourself to check it out!

If your goal is to build fast muscle while simultaneously burning body fat, this is the program that will do it!

You'll find a link to check it out once you get to the contest details page.

Again...go to this link now...

http://oachallenge.justaskmarc.com

Good luck with the contest!  Smile

P.P.S.  There will be a few vetrans of DB who will be entering this contest as well.

P.P.P.S.  For those who are skeptical about the Optimum Anabolic Program you should look in the Journal forum for DB members Optimum Anabolics journals.

And dang, you're participating, too?!?  Argh!  And I just literally pulled out my copy to start planning my menu!

I'm doomed to follow in your footsteps . . . oh well, not such bad footsteps to be following in!

Now, where are those dancing pickles?!?SmileSmileSmile

Yup.

And I loved it.  Lately I've been flying without a clear plan and going to the gym to just do stuff is really bugging me!

This is exactly what I need.

Did you journal your diet on the last run?  I'm putting together my meal plans (I want to plan it all the way through one cycle), and am looking for suggestions.

That I didn't do.  I've got this Diet Master Software (pretty high end stuff) and I plan on using it for my mass bulking phase over the less precise (but very good) methods in the Optimum Anabolics guide.  I will adjust accordingly for the low protein phase.

I could post what I'm personally going to eat for the next 7 days.  It does get a little borning mind you but if you introduce too much variety every day for every meal, it gets crazy out of hand to try and meet your goals.  Which is why they say bodybuilding diets can be pretty boring.

I think my meal plan will be acceptable.  I can post if you like?  A PDF upload or something.

So much easier to do this program when it's printed out.  And the workout log is essential.  Keeps me moving!

Sure, I'd love to see it.  I've been talking to my veggie friends (yes, there are others besides Mr. I-Hop Brett!), and gotten some great vegetarian cookbook recommendations, too.  Much better than what I had lying around.

Here's what I'm planning on eating for the next 7 days.  It's a bulk at 3200 calories.

It's not exactly the O.A. diet.  Those who look at my plan and what Jeff says in his book will notice that.

Last time I just went for it and did pretty well but made some mistakes because I ran out of food ideas and such.  This go around I wanted to plan a little more.

Hence it's not what Jeff outlines to the letter but it's a good healthy bulking plan and will support me thru these insane workouts!

The PDF should be attached and be a download to this message.

Thanks Marc!

I'll be curious to see your low protein meal plans, too! Smile

There should be support group for the low-low protein phase.  I've seen how grumpy Nav gets in his OA journal, and I fear for my colleagues and family that have to live with me during that time!Smile

Will do when I get that far in the meal planning.  At the moment, I will probably print off a few of the ideas you've got brewing over in the low protein thread as well as just bumping up the veggies/fruits and eating more Asian style dishes without the meat.

Well the online bodybuilding world is all abuzz about the "Muscle Nerd", Jeff Anderson's "Optimum Anabolics Challenge" contest where YOU have the chance to win $1,000 cash for building muscle and burning fat with the Optimum Anabolics program!

But there have also been a few "skeptics" as well...

...and so, Jeff has actually put together a short video presentation that answers 3 "hot seat" questions he's received!

He's even included a few of the "BEFORE" pictures of some contestants so he can prove his point about WHAT this contest is all about!

You've GOT to see these pictures!  They're an inspiration to ANYONE who's been busting their @$$ in the gym and tired of seeing all the steroid-riddled pros winning these phony "before and after" contests!

Go watch the video NOW by going to:

Ok, Marc, you're losing it!  But we're going out to get it, not for the $250 (which just about covers the taxes on the $1,000 prize!), but for the honor of the site!Smile
