Tribulus / Testosterone boosters
-
Thursday, September 07, 2006 9:48 AM
I posted this a little earlier and didnt get too much helpful info So, I am 18 years old and have been seriously working out (seriously meaning 4 days per week, and using Protein powder, multivitamins, and creatine) for about 2 months. I am confident in the workouts that I do because I have recieved lots of help with form. But recently I had my testosterone levels checked and mine was at 328. This is the lower end of healthy and I decided that since testosterone peaks at around age 20, mine wont be getting too much higer than it is now. I know I can still gain muscle mass with low testosterone but it seems like an unfair disadvantage (trying to build muscle with insufficient amounts of the muscle growth hormone), as a result I began taking Androtest and 6-Oxo a few days ago. Is there anything wrong with this?

Yes, I got a blood test and a few days later they gave my number. I knw that the heathly range is something like 300-1000 (for men) and that at 20 testosterone more or less stops going up. While 328 is not a huge problem, it will mean that my results will be much slower than they need to be (I am not expecting easy results, I just want to even the genetic playing field). Btw this test is very recent. I got the results a week ago.

I'd get off androtest\6-oxo asap! THERE NOT DESIGNED FOR SOME ONE WHO ISN'T 21+! The way I look at it, my testosterone is too low to just leave it alone. Plus 6-Oxo and Androtest say for 18 and up. If you know another way to boost testosterone (without directly putting taking testosterone / steroids, I wont ever do that.) then let me know.

I'm having great results with 17-HD... I've put on 5lbs of solid mass in 2 and a half weeks and at the same time it's been shredding the fat off of my body.

There is more then this then just boosting test... andro= PH, 6-oxo = anti estrogen. Lets see proper deit, focus on deadlifting, squats and benching. Do heavy compound lifting... that will boost your test. ORIGINAL: Stillseeingreen The way I look at it, my testosterone is too low to just leave it alone. Plus 6-Oxo and Androtest say for 18 and up. Coulaid. My diet is fine, I already do squats, I do flat and incline bench too. I am not looking for some easy way to gain mass, I am looking to fix a problem that will hurt my progress for the rest of my life.

Thats why I posted this, I dont know all the risks yet. And I would like to weigh them against the benefits. I think this is the safest way to significantly boost Testosterone levels. Lifting will boost my testosterone, but that can only help so much. Plus what I am thinking is that using Tribulus (an herb) to encourage my body to make more testosterone is probably ten times safer than shooting up some synthetic testosterone or steroid. If I am way off base then let me know, I really am just looking for some good information. But 328 is an unacceptable number and I need to get it to at least 500- maybe 650ish.

I am taking Androtest and 6-oxo, and have been for a few days. I wasnt sure how effective they would be but I want to try and raise my test anyway that I can.
