This stack is awesome! I started a mass building rountine two weeks ago utilizing compound exercises with 5x5. The key is to add 5lbs to every exercize every week. The first week was tough. The second week with the Superpump/Sizeon stack was incredibly easy. I contemplated adding 10 lbs each week to keep up with myself. Time will tell.

when were you taking sizeon? it says on non-trainging days to take b4 bed and i never saw that b4, so i was wondering what you did.

i took superpump 250 2 months ago. i started off with one scoop but then bumbed up to 2 the second week. about 15-20 min after i take it i start to notice my energy level skyrocketing and i became very focused, once i started lifting i became even more focused on my lift, after your warm up you can start to feel the pump and by the end of my workout i would be rediculously vascular. i stacked it with leukic and gained about 7 lbs in a month and stayed very lean. i loved the resuls but the sides were unbarable and thats why i wont take it again. i had bad direahia several times a week (even on one scoop), the only time i have to work out is after 8pm so i work out late and its still in my system hours later when i go to bed and i cant sleep, you know that gittery feeling you get when your in a car to long and you have alot of energy you cant release? well i had that feeling for most of the month. good results bad sides, everyones body reacts diffrently so i say try it if your not scared of the sides, or think it will efect you diffrently
