heres the rest of yesterday. today was an off day...no ride to the gym
so tomorow we venture to legs.
im skipping shoulders this week because every last muscle in my shoulders is sore, and i dont want to effect my training next week.
ok so yesterdays arm workout was
dips 3 sets 12,10,8 reps
Vbar pushdown 3 sets 10,8,6 reps
pullovers 3 sets 10,8,6 reps
med. grip barbell curl 10,8,6 reps
alternate dumbbell curl 10,8,6 reps (died on the left arm last set after the fourth rep...had to do forced reps
one armed dumbbell preacher curl 10,8,6 reps
the pump was beyong amazing..and the stomach problems are gone!
i can now take normal dumps...ill be drinking sizeon tonight before bed. i wonder how this is going to go down before bed..we'll find out.
