Well, that certainly sounds like a recipe for a low testosterone moment!
  • in the morning around 10:00AM
  • on a fast (it sucked I usually have 3 meals by that time)
  • wake up every few hours
  • stressing

I would ignore that test test when thinking of your normal test levels.  Since you do not normally fast...and eating is a serious precursor to test...

Did you learn your free testosterone level?

I usually wake up every few hours as well as usually stressing
Those could be connected....

No, how do you get your free test level? And how would that and the sleep be connected? Its odd but the sleep thing just started 2 months ago.. Odd enough my workout is at night and I am exhausted when I get home too..

Cortisol my friend!

First, stressing effects the adrenals...they get a bit tired...after you rest up they are revived and pop you with a tiny kiss of adrenalin...since you demonstrate it is your favorite drug by stressing...your receptors are VERY attenuated to being stressed..and your body responds appropriately.

Then you work out and cortisol courses through your veins...leading to more adrenal demand...and you feel "tired" (low blood sugar) and then go to bed and 4 hours later like a switch you pop awake!

If you can train before 6 it is good, if before 3 it is ideal..that will help you sleep!

Scott, that's not quite true.  The point of Reloaded is that it is better, stronger and has less sides.

I am suprised that ATD was banned however.  Oh well.

I'm not arguing the point, but when I told you guys that Rebound XT was on the OCB banned list because of ATD, I was told  Rebound Reloaded would pass the test, so I stopped cycling with XT and started cycling with Reloaded, which I am taking now with ActivaTe, a great stack, by the way.

True true!  But we have been working on Reloaded since June 2005.

It's not a ban to stop making these supplements, rather in natural bodybuilding orgs you will fail your drug test.
