Were a little behind in terms of products from the American markets...

Good Workout... I got the Pump just thinking about it.

Bi's felt soo good. More Vascularity, terriffic pump. Great overall feeling. Some up in numbers too.

Tri's again felt isane. Great pumps overall.

**Diffrent Gym**

BB Curls: 1x14 @ 115lbs, 3x12 @ 115lbs - Great Pumps. Fellt Sooo good.

Hammer Strengh Curls: 4x12 @ 90lbs Veins were pumping on these.

Hammer Curls: 3x14 @ 40lbs

V-Bar Push Downs: 1x17 @ 100lbs, 3x12 @ 110lbs - OMG Uber Pump

CG Bench: 1x15 @ 195lbs, 3x12 @ 205lbs

Dips: 3x12 @ 45lbs - Felt good on the tri's.

Cardio: SOS

Time: 40mins

Speed: 3.7mph

Incline: 11.0

Tonight: Chill

Very Good Workout :)

**Diffrent Gym** - It should be noted that this gym has mixed dumbells 60lbs+

DB Press: 1x18 @ 70lbs, 3x15 @ 70lbs I wish i was able to go up in weight but they didnt have 2 75lbs dumbells... its a ghetto as hell ballys. I hate working out there :(

Front Raise: 4x13 @ 35lbs- Felt great on the delt. Teh vein was poping :)

Side Raise: 1x17 @ 25lbs, 3x13 @ 30lbs. These felt real good.

Reverse Flys: 4x12 @ 25lbs - These kill my shoulders feel terrible. I hate doing them but no real delt machine.

Donkey Calf: 4x15 @ 400lbs - Fav calf movement :)

Seated Calf: 4x14 @ 230lbs -Awsome!

Cardio: College Football :D

Time: 40mins

Speed: 3.7mph

Incline: 11.0

Tonight: Chill

Tomorrow: Off

so far do you think the stack is good enough to recommend to others?  i was thinking about getting the stack for christmas cuz i found it online for $127 including shipping

See thats just the thing. $127 is still a lot for 3 weeks worth of workouts. It does work. The sheer amount of cash for this stack is mind boggling to me. Why not buy some more steak, oats chicken or a new dipping belt etc. Like BodyOctaine + Clout maybe will be a lot cheaper and could even give better results? That will be my next log when this is done.

Not the best im trying to get my body to want to wake up eairlier so sleep was short.

**Diffrent Gym**

**Rest Was 30-60secs due to gym closing early due to innactivity**

BB Inclines: Felt good on my chest but the bench felt unsafe so i think that worried me more then anything else. I will be boycotting that ballys from now on. Otherwise solid pumps.

Flat: Felt real good. I used 215lbs and got real good feelings. I felt very good doing these.

Cable Cross: Great Pumps insane feelings.. just like a MM shot.

Hammer Strenght: AWSOME!

BB Incline: 2x12 @ 225lbs, 1x10 @ 225lbs, 1x15 @ 205lbs

BB Flat: 4x14 @ 215lbs

Cable Cross: 1x18 @ 80lbs, 1x15 @ 85lbs, 2x12 @ 90lbs

Great great leg workout.

**Worked Out At The WAC**

Squats: Holy cow great feeling in my legs. Reps up felt great. My legs feeling soo good. Great feeling i cannot wait to drop the reps and see what i can do.

SLDL: Some douche was curling in the squat cage so i had to deadlift it off the gound... it felt good to deadlift again even though it was only 4x. But great feelings in my but again. I really like these high rep SLDL's. I've gotten a comment on my rear how its firmer :)

Leg Press: Light Weight Baby! Got reps\ weight up... Felt soo good in the legs.

Very god pumps in legs and calves :D

Squats: 1x15 @ 315lbs, 2x13 @ 315lbs, 1x12 @ 315lbs

SLDL: 4x14 @ 325lbs

Leg Curl: 1x15 @ 160lbs, 3x12 @ 180lbs

Leg Press: 1x18 @ 500lbs, 2x15 @ 550lbs, 1x12 @ 590lbs

BB Curls: Can I say PUMP any louder? Vascularity was sick.. i Wish i could have taken a pic cause seriously it was nuts. Great overall feeling in my Bi's... i told you guys i'd take u to a gun show :D

Coulaids Final Review Of GaKIC, LeuKIC + CreaKIC!


Effectiveness: I thought this stack was very effective. A saw increases in LBM, Strength, Endurance and Recovery.

Strength: I went not only in terms of lbm lifted but as well as reps completed. I was very pleased with this as strength is not my goal and considering my rep range during this log(12-15) I was pleased to say the least.
Endurance: I was able to crank out more reps with the same weight. Also I found myself ready to preform the next shorter amounts of time. Also cardio seemed to go by easier did not feel as bad 30+ minutes which normally I am dead by.
Recovery: I thought this way great. With this rep scheme which I have never really done before I felt that I was recovering very well. I didn’t think I was until I got the the KIC stack. [/indent]

Price: The Muscle building stack runs about $75 online for a 15 day supply. That is cheaper then buying them 1 by 1. I would say this is the one negative I could say. It’s expensive to say the least. Score: 5/10

Sides: None

Flavor\Caps: Although I have never used it GaKIC powder doesn’t taste so well. Also If you don’t like caps this stack isn’t for you as I was popping 26 Caps on workout days. But for me this wasn't a problem at at. Score: 10/10

Misc: Say what you want about MuscleTech but I found this stack very good. The only negative I found would be the price. I do feel this stack should be considered when looking into new supplements. Just a note: Take GaKIC EARLY! The earlier the better. I was taking Gakic 90-120 minuets pre-workout. I felt this is key to getting maximum benefits out of it. I would take it on an “empty” stomach before my pre-workout meal with about 16oz of water. I found that set up the best.

I would with out a doubt use this stack again!
