Great Back Workout. The Yates row felt better then ever @ 15 reps. I felt very strong on those. Back was pumped up from it. 1-Arm rows suffered in terms of pounts but again the higer reps felt great on my back. Lat Pull Dows were hard as heck. I in this split i use an extra wide grip to really focus on my mid back. Cable Rows were a great finisher. Db Shrugs Rock Yates Row: 3x15 @ 225lbs, 1x14 @ 225lbs 1-Arm DB Row: 1x16 @ 85lbs, 2x15 @ 90lbs, 1x14 @ 90lbs Lat Pull Down: 1x16 @ 165lbs, 3x12 @ 180lbs V-Bar Row: 1x16 @ 162.5lbs, 3x 14 @ 180lbs DB Shrugs: 4x14 @ 120lbs Hyper Extensions: 4x15 @ 10lbs Cardio: SOS Time: 40mins Speed: 3.7mph Incline: 11.0 Tonight: Paper Tomorrow: Off

Great workout... I really liked working out at night. The gym was empty and that is very nice. My bi pumps were very good. The BB curls got me going and I never looked back. One thing I noticed is that when you done with 1 set your ready to go a lot faster to the 2nd set with the same amount of energy as the first. So your strengh goes up via reps and not pounds per say. IE you can do 2x12 @ x weight rather then 1 set at 12 reps and the next set at 10 reps. I belive this wll greatly help during this training style. I wish i could have taken a pic cause the pumps in the bi's were great. Hammer curls made me happy! My tri workout was very good as well. Pumps again were great. I do V-Bar push downs first and i got a very good pump from them. Moving on to CG bench really throws you off. Normally i do CG bench 1st and thats no more. The overload on the tricepts cannot be beat. To give you some idea my pinky finger is just off the rough part of the bar. So my hand is on the sooth area. The feeling cannot be matched. My rest times between the CG bench's were pretty short approx 1min which is unheard of for me. I went on to weighted dips. 3 sets and they were all killer. It felt as my tri's blew up on these so good! To sum it up: Great workout. Rest times down, reps up = x 100000 BB Curl: 1x18 @ 105lbs, 3x12 @ 110lbs Hammer Strengh Curl: 1x15 @ 100lbs, 1x15 @ 105lbs, 2x12 @ 110lbs DB Hammer Curl: 1x15 @ 35lbs, 2x14 @ 40lbs V-Bar Push Down: 1x15 @ 96lbs, 3 x 12 @ 101lbs - Holy Cow! CG Bench: 1x15 @ 185lbs, 1x15 @ 195lbs, 2x14 @ 195lbs Weighted Dips: 3x12 @ 45lbs Cardio: SOS Time: 40mins Speed: 3.7mph Incline: 11.0 Tonight: Chill Tomorrow: Shoulders

Arms pretty much feel as all my other bodyparts did the day after... well worked but no DOMS. Shoulders later today

Great shoulder workout. The biggest thing i noticed is that going with out the back support really focus the weight on the entire delt muscle. DB Presses felt extremely good. The weight was down just do the focus being purely on the delts. Thes got a great pump started. Front raises were also very good. The vein in my front delt was poping out :) Looked hot! Side raises were also good. Again the vein in middle delt was poping out. I wish i hate a camera to take a pic. Real delt machine was excellent. My shoulders were DEAD after the workout. Calfs were very pumped as well. Vascularity was pretty sick if i may say. I would take a pic but i don't feel like shaving my legs :eek: I'll prob clean them off next weekend. I'll take a pic then. Summery: Great Workout :) DB Press: 4x16 @ 70lbs Front Raise: 1x16 @ 30lbs, 3x13 @ 35lbs Side Raise: 3x16 @ 25lbs, 1x13 @ 30lbs Rear Delt Machine: 1x18 @ 135lbs, 3x14 @ 140lbs Standing Calf: 1x16 @ 312lbs, 1x15 @ 312lbs, 2x14 @ 312lbs Leg Press Calf Raise: 1x16 @ 320lbs, 2x16 @ 340lbs, 1x12 @ 360 Cardio: SOS Time: 40mins Speed: 3.7mph Incline: 11.0 Tonight: HeadStand for booty! Solid Chest Workout today. Rest Peroid 60-120 secs. **Worked Out At Diffrent Gym** BB inclines felt great. I was thinking i may be able to get 230-235lbs but given i need to watch my rest times i decided to stay at 225lbs and work the rep range which i did very nicely. BB Flat's also felt good I needed to drop the weight a little and focus on the shorter rest peroids. Got a great pump during these. Cable Cross... Wow.... Speachless my chest felt like it was gonna explode. Awsome pump. I did Hammer Strengh Flat Bench for my faliure set and I liked this much better as i could really get a great overload on my chest. Faliure was longer then I thought it would have been. Sum It Up: Top Notch BB Incline: 1x15 @ 225lbs, 3x12 @ 225lbs BB Flat: 1x12 @ 225lbs, 1x11 @ 225lbs, 1x17 @ 205lbs, 1x15 @ 215lbs Cable Cross: 1x16 @ 70lbs, 3x12 @ 80lbs Hammer Strengh Flat Bench: 1x17 @ 115lbs(per side) Cardio: SOS Time: 40mins Speed: 3.7mph Incline: 11.0 Tonight: Chill Tomorrow: Legs

Great + Hard Leg Workout! **Worked Out At Diffrent Gym** Squats: Feet still narrow(shoulder width), ATG. Legs felt crazy after these. Hopefully bringing my feet in narrower it will help w\ the quad sweep which is what i need work on. Rest: 2mins SLDL: HOLY COW. My butt felt soo good. Supurb Back Day! Yates row... Got me going quckly. Lats felt terriffic. I really prefer the underhand girp on these. My lats felt soo great. DB row: Again great feelings in the back. Really felt it my lats. Cable Row: Best feeling in quite a long time. Back was soo pumped doing these. Lat Pull Down: These felt real good but the weight wasnt there from last week. Wait for my final review when i have the final numbers... I wont say it doesnt work, but the biggest thing is the sheer cost of the stack. I hope to gain more then 1lbm of lbm while cutting though. Look into MAN Body Octane + MAN Clout... That will be my next log. It will be my 2nd time using it the first time was like no other. quote:
