There was a similar thread on another forum about Xceed and clumping.  New batches should have less of an issue when it comes to clumping. 

I really have found this product excellent for increasing work capacity and strength

DAY 17:  Shoulders

no weight increases but i did feel like i was able to handle the weight a little better (stability with free weights).

ps. the gym finally cooled down todaySmile

DAY 18:    ARMS

my weight/reps actually went down today!!Smile  i think its because i have been doing arms on saturday when i go to the gym at like 8:00 instead of 5:30.  somehow my schedule got messed up.  my elbow was hurting again so i could only do bicepsSmile.  tommorow is an off day.

well just a little bit, not enough for me to think that it wouldn't have gone up if i wasn't taking XCEED though.  in my last post i just was saying that usually i do arms on the weekend when i don't go to the gym untill like 8:00AM, so i guess i have more time to wake up/restore glycogen/etc.  and somehow my schedule got messed so i did arms today at 5:30AM and i guess i was not awake enough yet.

EDIT:  plus i think i am one of those "non-responders" to creatine because i tried mono a while back and it didn't do anything for me either.

o, i seem to be a super responder to creatine since i dont eat red meat and not a lotr of seafood so when i use creatine my strength shoots up like crazy after about 3 weeks.

DAY 19:  OFF DAY

not much to say. i took it when i woke up (6:00) and after school (3:00).


DAY 20:  Legs

well, i oficially love leg day again.  my leg press went up 90lbs. today.  everything else stayed the same.  I think i figured out that i just have to try more weight wether i feel like i can do it or not because (this has happened a few times while using XCEED) i usually can get more weight for the same amount of reps even when i feel like there is no way in hell.

tommorow is back day

When are you taking your Xceed? I'm curious because i started taking it a month ago and everytime i lift every lift goes up with the same reps as i did before if not more.  I also did not respond well to creatine mono after a while, but this Xceed really does work great.

i'm taking it between 30-50 minutes pre-workout and the second serving within an hour post-w/o.  i'm not quite sure what u were trying to say in the second sentence, lol.  but i think i get what u were saying and i'm noticing that a little bit too.

DAY 23:  OFF DAY

i was going to do chest today bt my left front delt had been feeling really tight and i just thought it was a good idea to take a day off.  plus this will get me back on my normal split, which got messed up last week.

i took it a little later today (8:45) cus we don't have school here because of the primaries for governer and stuff so i slept in a little.  gonna take it again at about 1:00 i guess.

tomorrow should be chest day, as long as my shoulder is OK today.

DAY 24:  CHEST

today went good actually, my incline went up 20lbs.  i decided to do dips instead of decline bench today.  my shoulder started feeling bad again yesterday after school, this time it actualy was hurting though.  so i;m not gonna do shoulders tommorrow i guess.

DAY 25:  ARMS (should have been shoulder)

my elbow was hurting again!!Smile so i didnt do any triceps today.



Tomorrow is my last day with this container!!!!!!!Smile  i dont think i'm gonna get another one right now though.  i'll post a "conclusion" tomorrow.

ps.  for anyone reading this, i think i'm gonna wait like 2 weeks and then try either Shock therapy/storm stack by Universal or the BSN mass stack...(bet you know whats coming next)...which do you guys prefer/think is better/got better results with?

ENDING MEASUREMENTS:

(THESE ARE COLD FLEXES b/c my starting measurements were cold)

Right Bicep = 13.75''  (+.25)
Left Bicep = 13.75''
Right Forearm = 11''    (+.5)
Left Forearm = 11''     (+.25)
Right Thigh = 20.125''  (+.125)
Left Thigh = 20.125''   (+.125)
Right Calf = 14.375''    (+.375)
Left Calf = 14.5''         (+.5)
Chest = 40.5''             (+.5)
Shoulders = 47''           (+2)......wtf
Waist = 31.25''

some of these meausurements may not be as accurate because i have gone up in ody fat b/c of bulking, so i would take a about 1/8 of an inch do to fat gain.(i'm not that fatSmile)

Enhance strength gains --  6/10,  In the past few days I have noticed a little bit of strength gains, but because it took almost a whole container i gave t a lower rating (but thats just me)

Volumize/Hydrate cells --  9/10,  Definitely noticed that muscles look a little bigger than normal throughout the day

Almost instant energy -- 7/10,  I do feel a little more energized but no much more.  that's not really what i bought this for anyway

Improve endurance during W/O --  Not really sure on this one

"pumps" --  10/10,  The pumps from this stuff were awsome.  it wouldn't matter what i day it was, every muscle was pumped up.  even on leg day, just picking up the plates to put on the bar would make my biceps blow up like balloons.  the pumps lasted a long time afterwards too.

Overall rating:  8/10

I guess i would say this product is worth it, but if i ever use it again in the future,  I'm gonna buy two containers because I didn't really feel the strength gains untill near the end of the container.  Also the taste and mixability were good.

what types of creatine have you tried so far?  mono, cee, dicreatine malate, tricreatine malate, creatine magnesium chelate, etc.  it could just be that you need to find the right one.  some people respond to only certain types.  i happen to respond to all the ones ive tried.Smile
