Alright, i'm not actually going to start using it until monday because my Basic cuts will run out on sunday, but i thought i'd go ahead and get the stats and stuff out of the way right now.  i thought i would do a review just because of all the questions about CEE recently.  i'm gonna take it pre and post workout.  below i listed my maxes to compare later on.

Bench = 190lbs.
Squat = 405lbs.
barbell curl = 75x4
military press machine = 120x4
skull crushers = 65x4
wide pull-ups = 6 reps


Measurements (cold flex):

Right Bicep = 13.5''
Left Bicep = 13.75''
Right forearm = 10.5''
Left forearm = 10.75''
Right thigh = 20''
Left thigh = 20''
Right calf = 14''
Left calf = 14''
Chest = 40''
Shoulders = 45''
Waist = 31.25''


Weight = ~157     (hooray i lost 8lbs.!)
BF% = ~10.5%

your lifts are really close to mine.  the only difference is the squat, i dont know my max on that.

good to see an xceed review, i was gonna do one, but all the **** getting tossed around about cee, i decided not to use it.

when i get my license in october first thing im gonna do is drive to vitamin shoppe and get some ceratine mono.

after seeing the stuff about cee, my parents decided that i cant use creatine, AGAIN.

hey avaric3,  did ur XCEED get really clumpy.  i sear it hapens almost instantly.  as soon as i put it down it gets hard again and clumps.Smile  and yes even when i shake it i still hear the really big ones at the bottom of the tub.

yea my xceed clumped up pretty bad.  it didnt turn brown like other poeople claim, but there was about 2-3 giant chunks that seemed unbreakable.  i shook it violently for a minute and it did nothing, i stabbed at it with a spoon, still nothing.  i guessed to be able to use the whole tub you gotta bust out the jackhammerSmile

You guys should notify TwinPeak if you already have not to see if something can be done.  Not sure if it can, but just a suggestion, because obviously your creatine shouldn't clump up.

DAY 1 (8/21/06 5:55AM):  Triceps,Biceps,Abs

TRICEPS:
cable (rope attachment)                  100x8, 110x6, 100x8
cable -close grip (bar attachment)     150x6, 140x8, 140x8
cable -underhand (bar attachment)    120x7, 110x9

BICEPS:
barbell curl                                     65x8, 75x5, 75x5
bi. curl machine (Hammer Strength)    55x8, 70x5, 70x5
EZ bar -extra wide grip                     55x5, 45x7, 45x7

ABS:
seated crunch machine                    90x10, 110x6


I have had some pain in the tendon where my tricep connects to my elbow for a couple weeks so i've been taking it easy on triceps (less weight), so obviously i didnt get any strength gains there.  as for biceps i did feel a little bit stronger but i dont think it was from the XCEED, i think i would have felt stronger without it, since they were not huge increases.  so no strength increases today,  but the pump was awsome, my arms felt like they were gonna pop, thats why i only did 9 sets each instead of 12 like normal.

DAY 2 (8/22/06):     Off Day

I didnt go to the gym but i did run 2 miles this morning (before i took the XCEED).  i gonna take the second serving a lil' later today.


i dont think i drank enough water yesterday cus my arm started to cramp up a little bit so today i'm gonna make sure i get at least a gallon a day

i was supposed to do legs today but my knee was hurting so i switched it out with back.
The numbers for the pull-ups were about the same except today they were much more controlled, didnt kick my legs at all to get out an extra rep.  weight went up by 30lbs on close grip lat pull.  everything else was normal.

Alright i haven't potsed in the past few days but i'm not gonna post all of the sets and weights and stuff now cus there weren't any strength increases or anything.  i'm noticing that my entire upper body gets pumped no matter what i'm working.  tommorow i'm gonna start doing the same layout as the first couple days again.

BTW,  tastes pretty good, kind of like lemonade that was made by a 2 year-oldSmile

ok so i changed my mind, i'm not going to type in all the exercises and weights/reps.

DAY 8: Legs

no strength increasesSmile but w/e. the pump was still good

damn its hard to get on the computer now that school started.

DAY 9: BACK

again, no weight increases but the pump was great and i feel a little more "focused"




DAY 10: CHEST

well so far the weight on stuff hasn't gone up at all but i wasn't really expecting it to be some kind of super magic supp.

DAY 11:  shoulders

not really feeling any differentSmile


DAY 12:  OFF DAY

took 1 serving when i woke up and one after school, which got out early so it was about 1:00


DAY 13:  Bi's, Tri's

I think i figured out my problem, i'm not taking this stuff far enough before i workout, i been taking it about 30-40 mins Pre-W/O but today i got to the gym at 7:20 (it should open at 7:00) and of course, the saturday guy was late, but this time he didn't get there 'till 8:00!!!  it wasn't really his fault though.  but anyway...that means i had taken about 70 mins. pre-W/O, but for some reason i felt so much better today, i wasn't quite "stronger" but i felt like i worked my arms a hell of alot harder somehow.  i think 70 mins. was too long though so tomorrow i'm gonna go for about 50 mins. pre-W/O

ps. my elbow wasn't hurting today so i was able to do triceps!!Smile
also sry about the not posting daily thing. it's been kinda hard, with school and homework, to get on the computer.

EDIT:  Actually i forgot that my barbell curl went up a little bit.  if you look at the first post in this thread it says "75x4",  well i got 75x7 today and then 80lbsx4 !!!   also my dumbell curls were with a hell of alot better form, i was able to stand almost completely still, even while going a little heavier

DAY 14:  LEGS Smile

i decided to do leg press instead of squat at the begining, just to change it up a little.  i only went up about 50lbs., but since i have been taking it easy on legs for a while (because i was running alot), i was expecting to do less weight than normal.  so that was cool.  but then i made the mistake of trying to do squats after 4 heavy sets of leg press...pretty much ruined th rest of the workout (not really, just felt like that mentally).


so far i'm liking the pump from this stuff, but i don't think the creatine is doing anything.  i think i am one of those "non-responders" to it cus when i tried mono it didn't do sh*t either.  so i think when this runs out i'm just gonna buy some bulk powders for the arginine, taurine, and glucuronolactone[spelling]

EDIT:  actually i'm not sure what ingredient(s) it is thats making me feel pumped all the f*cking time, even when i wake up in the morning.   its most likely the arginine, right?

its the di-arginine malate that gives you the pump along with the glucuronolactone, i believe

DAY 15:  BACK

I think the AC is broken or something cus its hot as sh*t in the gym yesterday and today.  i feel like i'm losing energy just resting ,from the heat. 


Wide grip pulldowns                        120x7   135x5    135x4  (+30lbs.)
Row machine (life fitness)                120x7   120x6    120x6
Low Row machine (hammer stregth)   140x6   140x5

back extension machine (CORE)         220x7    220x7


The gym didn't open untill 9:00 this morning which sucked cus i usually go at like 5:30AM and like i said above i think the AC is broken.  both of those factors made my workout not so great today,  but i was able to do 30lbs more on wide grip pulldowns.  (i know my back is weak as sh*tSmile)

I am on the exact same stack as you.  Plus Basic Cuts.  I think the BC is making me hotter so I seem to be sweating more.  However im not reacting the the caffeine at all.  I don't drink cokes or eat my sweets so caffeine should kick my ass but its not.  Anyways, my XCEED clumps up really bad to.  And is turning brown.  I keep it in my pantry with the lid tight so I dont know what the problem is.  And I dont think im reacting to the XCEED either, however I do think I have a little more endurance.

well i did find out that if you accidentally splash a drop or two of water into the container, the next time you open it there will be tiny little brown balls and its nasty looking.  but i have no idea why a huge chunk of it would turn brown.

DAY 16:  CHEST

felt like sh*t today for chest, its gotta be the heat in the gym.  i'm noticing that my forearms are staying pumped almost all day long.  not like just the veins and stuff i mean they look bigger and feel pumped.
