Tell me again you're not a beast! Wow, check out those leg press weights! Don't kick me! And a modeling gig . . . Tell me again, you're not a beast . . . . We expect a full report . . . and photographic evidence . . . of our medic with ethics!

Day 25 - Rest Resting... Loading up on protein and getting a nice carb intake too. I expect to put on some decent weight this week. I think the bf% will rise but i dont mind too much as Ill be trying to bulk till atleast 96kg (210lbs), maybe more, before i diet phase for around 5-6 weeks. Like i said, 210lbs @ 10% is the goal i have in mind... lets see how quick i can get there..hopefully within the next 12-18 months (fingers crossed)

Day 26 - Chest, Shoulders Flat DB bench press - 3 sets x 3-5 reps @ 35kg Military press - 3 sets x 3-5 @ 60-62.5kg Dips - 3 sets till failure @ bodyweight Standing DB lateral raises - 3 sets x 6-8 reps @ 7-8kg Pec-dec - 3 sets x 6-8 @ 80-90 kg Reverse pec-dec rear delt flyes - 3 sets x 6-8 @ 30-32.5kg --------------- Ive made a slight change to my schedule. Ill add shoulders to chest and move my bis and trips to a day of their own. I feel i need more work on my arms so this will allow me to focus on them. My shoulders have always been fairly big.. genetics. Decent workout. Good pump. Euphoris 7/10. I need to get more dextrose.. running out.

Day 28 Got vaccinations in both arms for my upcoming overseas trip. The local swelling, pain and itching made it impossibly for me to workout today.. Day 29 - Legs Squats - 3 sets x 3 reps @ 122.5kg (270lbs) Stiff Leg deadlifts - 3 sets x 4 reps @ 122.5kg (270lbs) Incline Leg press - 3 sets x 4 reps @ 242.5kg (534lbs) Seated calf raises - "100's" @ 80 kg (155-175lbs) * again, only managed 70 before calfs were too sore.... dammit, i will get to a 100!!! Seated leg curls - 2 x 7-8 @ 60-70kg (130-155lbs) Added 5lbs to my squat from last week but i only managed to get out 3 x 3 and that too my last rep in my last set was only a partial rep so Ill stick to this weight until i can get a total of 12 reps in my 3 sets (5,4,3) and then add more weight. Leg press also went up slightly but for less reps so as with squats ill keep the same weights. All in all, a satisfying workout. My arms are still extremely sore....

Day 32 - Back + calves Deadlifts - 3 sets of 3-5 @ 125kg Lat pulldowns - 3 sets x 4-6 @ 61.25kg Seated rows - 3 sets x 6-8 @ 77.5kg Standing calf raises - "100's" ------------------ Back workout was pretty good. My deads will start to come up. I didnt press too hard on deads as this was my first time doing them in a while so i took it relatively easy. I just wanted some variation. The 100's for calves - im finding it really hard to 'feel' them. I dropped the weight right down today and i found it much harder to get a burn than with seated calf raises... I really do have to do something differnet for standing calf raises...

ORIGINAL: Lynx100 <snip> Are you after any particular photo/angle Greg? I would be interested in seeing full body shots--front, back and side, so overall proportions could be seen. The leg pics you posted are impressive; the chest pic is hard to tell much from, although it looks like you have good sized arms.
