Haha, thats pretty cool, try to take it, id like to see. Well guys, be proud of me. Today was my first real gym workout. i worked my chest, bis and tris. Pretty cool i guess. Im thinking of working monday tuesdays wedesdays and fridays, difrent muscles or muscle groups each day to give it a whole week of resting. Thoughts?

Thats exactly what you need to be doing. For muscle mass do sets of 8-12 reps, and remember dont forget to workout you legs.

yea i know, im doing those on fridays. My legs are the ones that have more muscle now because i play soccer. BTW i went to the gym today too, worked my traps and shoulders.
