Gee, and now I get to follow that up with this one that actually HAPPENED in the gym.

Doing Incline DBs, trying to get the 90s up into position, had them resting on my thighs to bounce one up at a time, go to bounce the first one and I must have overcompensated because I fell off the damn bench. Not hurt or anything just embarassed as all get out, plus the gym manager was spotting me and he was just dying of laughter. I was laughing also, it must have looked damn funny.

Before i started doing chin ups, i used to do lat pull downs. Once when i was doing lat pulldowns using a little more than my weight, i grabbed the bar jumped up to get some momentum on the way down. My hands slipped away and i just fell to the floor and the bar went flying up and hi the ceiling and everyone rushed around me to see if i was ok.

Thats was embaressing... because it caught too much attention :(

My female friend was walking by as I was millitary pressing(I use the assisted squate machines to do millitary press alone if noone si there to spot) so anyways, I for some reason lost concentration and the thing fell and hit me in the head and pushed me to the ground, luckly there is that metal bar that stops it when it gets too far down or i'd have been crushed... note really that embarassing but I did get laughed at by her and felt really dumb Smile
