by the way I wanted to ask is there a limit for your body fat?

YES, when the body reaches 0% body fat you will die.

really? I thought once your body ran out of fat, carbs and sugar to burn off its last source of energy is protein. Which is where in our bodys? Right, our muscles. So, once ur out of fat and everything else ur body breaks down muscle tissue. Or maybe im totally wrong...?Smile

Great job rus_kid on your new look on meals now if only I could do the same with out cheating on a meal.

I read somewhere, you can eat anything as far as your daily calories to lose weight add up to the same number and not more, so if you like to get a slice of pizza one day you can, but make sure you don't go over!

Yes, as long as you dont binge eat.
Eating a mcdonalds burger for 700 calories in one sitting is bad for you, and if you get a meal thats probably in the high 1 to low 2000's of calories, thats bad. especially when u wanna take 300-400 in per sitting
