i eat fast food way more often then i should. Its really not a concern for me now because im young and my body can handle all that crap. But i know i should cut down a little bit on fast food. I have been trying though... instead of going to McDonalds or something... I go to Subway or something.

lol, nice I've been going to BK often too, but I'm still growing and basically do lots of physical activities I don't again much fat. Now I switched to subway, I go there around 4 times a week. I spend so much money there. Yesterday I went biking downtown and bought a medium pizza for myself cause I'd be biking for the whole day. It was pretty good.

I think, we should just go once or twice max to fast food restaurants a week, its too much money and additional weight which takes a lot longer time to lose than to gain.

I really eat anything. As long as my calories equal out at the end of the day, and i have double or greater the amount of protien intake, than fats and carbs. My diet is much like Timberwolf's.

Edit: I also believe I am under 10% body fat. Gotta get some calipers, soon.. To know for sure.

alot of fastfood has hidden transfats aside from the listed fats.  there not as high in protein as you think.

soda is THE worst thing you can drink aside from alcohol....and in some ways sodas worse.

as for fast food, i have some self control and dont eat it. and if my friends decide to eat it, i get some water. and watch them put garbage in there mouths.

Today (Monday, August 1) I started eating eating healthy and respectively (not as much).

In the morning I ate:

Something like pasta (but not exactly, plus less calories)
2 types of salads
glass of milk
beef

Lunch:

Soup with some bread, tea (can't get used to no sugar tea, but trying)

About 3 hours after lunch (don't know whats it called):

Sausages
glass of milk
salad
some other thing (sorry don't know whats it called)

Almost at midnight:

I went subway for a daily special:

Monday = meatballs (italian bread)

Now, eating enough so that I'm full but not overloaded, meaning after I ate I could go bike, run, whatever, without having to wait for the food to digest. I went biking right away. I felt great and going to try and keep this type of routine to see where it gets me, with different foods obviously.

Does anyone have any suggestions or is my start a bad one?

By the way I checked Coca Cola it says 0% calories is that true? Plus, it has carborhydrate (not sure with the spelling) about 18% I think. Is that good or bad?

I'm not sure about the calories, but i know the carbs are from the sugar inside of it. Not really something you need. I generally stay away from coke as much as i can, but with it always being in the refridgerator, i dont see how a drink once in a while hurts me. So, just have everything in moderation and im sure you dont need to worry too much about it.

I read somewhere, you can eat anything as far as your daily calories to lose weight add up to the same number and not more, so if you like to get a slice of pizza one day you can, but make sure you don't go over!

Your goal is to weight 135 pounds? How do you weight 129-134 being 5"7?

7-8% body fat, thats really good, by the way I wanted to ask is there a limit for your body fat?

Post your picture if you have any... 'Cause I'm 16 and I weight 140 pounds, trying to lose body fat (weight) to 135 too!

YES, when the body reaches 0% body fat you will die.
