Try taking 4 egg whites, fried in a bit of olive oil then toast two slices of whole grain bread and add 4 thin slices of smoked turnkey.  combine this with a protein shake and it will certainly hold you over till your next meal.

I love eating boiled egg whites for breakfast....it is soo good and filling...

I also like oatmeal with like a tablespoon of melted peanut butter and almonds on top...that is good

yogurt and trailmix is also good and filling

get a wheat tortilla, spread some peanut butter and put raisins or sugar free jam that is good...make it like a wrap...

The best protein pancakes you will ever have...better than bisquik.

1/2 cup cottege cheese
1/2 cup oats (I usually only include this on my cheat day, they don't really alter the taste but they make the pancakes nice a fluffy!)
1 egg + 4 egg whites
1 scoop protein powder
1 tsp baking soda
splash of vanilla and cinnemon

They are so freakin good, and you feel like you are eating a carby slice of cake..

For breakfast I have a homemade MRP:

1 Banana
400ml Skim Milk
Whey Protein Powder
1.5 tbspn Udo's Oil Blend

Contains good protein, carbs, and fats.

I've had this almost every single morning for a year now. But i'm not sick of it, I would much rather have a liquid breakfast than a whole food one because in the mornings I don't really feel like eating.
