Thanks man. I appreciate it. I do them at an average pace. I don't fall down with it, but I don't take forever to get down either. It is about the speed of me squatting 385 in the vid I posted up a few pages back at the power lifting meet.

I do my front squats a little slower than that though.

Here is the link for it.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FIA21wT6Xvk

It was at the bottom of one of my posts on page 5. It is easy to overlook.

I have no idea on BF%. I can see my abs, so I am guessing around 10%. But I really have no idea.

you remind me of myself back when i was younger in college and weighed 180.  except my legs were NO-where near as strong as yours are.  they still aren't.  i envy your legs.

what are your numbers as far as maxes go for chest, and bb military press?

I max on bench at 275. I have never really maxed on bb military before because I don't really do it all that often. I know I can do 3 sets of 8 reps with 135 but I have no idea about my max.

Thanks man. I have been working pretty hard since the end of my freshman year in HS. I appreciate the recognition.

I am sure you will get your leg strength up. Just keep working at it.
I hope I will be able to put up your numbers on bench by the time you put up mine on squat.
