I had a 3 hr long weight training class today due to testing. I missed bench yesterday b/c I had a game so I made it up today. Back Squat 135x8 (warm-up) 250x5 275x5 300x5 320x5 340x5 225x20 (pause at bottom approx. 2 sec) Front Squat 185x5 205x5 225x5 Straight Leg Deadlift 135x8 135x8 135x8 Superset military 95x8 upright row 85x8 Ate half a PB sandwhich and chilled for about 30-45 minutes Flat Bench 135x10 165x10 180x10 190x8 205x6 225x3 Incline 145x8 drank a double protien shake and sat around for a while. Probably going to do abs later tonight b/c I haven't done them in a while.

Thanks man. I appreciate it. I do them at an average pace. I don't fall down with it, but I don't take forever to get down either. It is about the speed of me squatting 385 in the vid I posted up a few pages back at the power lifting meet. I do my front squats a little slower than that though.

i went thru your WHOLE journal here, and never found that sqatting video you mentioned. and what is your BF%?

you remind me of myself back when i was younger in college and weighed 180. except my legs were NO-where near as strong as yours are. they still aren't. i envy your legs. what are your numbers as far as maxes go for chest, and bb military press?

I max on bench at 275. I have never really maxed on bb military before because I don't really do it all that often. I know I can do 3 sets of 8 reps with 135 but I have no idea about my max.

Thanks man. I have been working pretty hard since the end of my freshman year in HS. I appreciate the recognition. I am sure you will get your leg strength up. Just keep working at it. I hope I will be able to put up your numbers on bench by the time you put up mine on squat.
