I'm reminded of Michael Keaton's infamous line from the movie "The Paper", in which his boss, portrayed by Robert Duvall, is living with prostate enlargement. At one point, Duvall confides to Keaton that he has a prostate the size of a bagel. Later in the film, after Duval throws a particularly nasty temper tantrum in his staff meeting, and storms out, Glenn Close turns to Michael Keaton and says, "What got up his ass?" His reply: "Bagel." HA HA HA HA HA HA!!! All jokes asside though dude, I hope it's nothing serious.

Yes, that's me in my avatar, and NO, I don't look like that today. That was taken back in Jan '07, and I lost most of that progress when I slacked off last year. I'm on my way back, tho, and I'm using that photo for inspiration.

Well, got my diet straight todya I think.... had some egg whites this morning, some oatmeal mid morning, turky burgers (I never eat any bread, leave me be) , some shrimp after that, a truky burger patty, some cottage cheese and some green chilies... mmm.mmm... felling better... that nasty feeling in my head is starting to go away... down to 221.0.... only a few more days and into the teens for me!

So after 5 long... painfull...productiveless....days I made it back to the gym tonight... oddly my body was telling me it was time to go back... started really feeling run down, but edgy to burn some energy... I started back on a few supps today... I since last week I have been feeling dizzy... took a multi, Omega, B Complex, and my stratera.. and I felt great today... Staying away from creatine and NOX for a while to let the ol system clear up.. I came back stronger than ever tonight! Back, Shoulders, Biceps Standing Rows: 70-12/ 80-10/ 90-8 Bent Rows: 70-12/ 80-10/ 90-8 Seated Rows: 140-12/ 150-10/ 160-8 Lat pull downs: 190-12/ 195-10/ 200-8 Cable curls: 100-12/ 110-10/ 120-8 Preacher Curls: 100-12/ 105-10/ 110-8 *Great form, and I think an all time high! Lat raises: 100-12/ 105-10/ 110-8 Shrugs: 180-21/ 230-10/ 270-8 All my tests from last weekcame back clean... but I still gotta take the meds... this has me worried... there is never nothing... Cancer runs in that area runs in my family... and I have had another type on my leg in the past... either way, aint gunno stop me.....

Today was Legs night, I was really looking forward to it... kinda like getting some.... its been about a week since my last legs day so I started the same spot I was at... kinda torqued my knee out on squats.... I dont know if I am doing em wrong but tonight I felt alot of pressure on my right knee and after set 2 got a mild pain under my knee cap, the became a mild but sharp pain..... damnit..... Squats: 135-12/ 165-10/ 185-10/ 225-6 Stiff legged dead lifts: 115-12/ 125-10 Leg press *ok... I should have quit here but I felt cheated on my squats!* 90-12/ 180-10/ 270-10/ 360-9/ 450-8 Standing calve press: 160-12/ 180-12/ 220-12/ 260-10 overall did some decent weight but I really feel this was a waste of a good legs night... we will see how the knee feels over the next 4 days then hopefully I can hit next set... glucosamine time....

Good past few days, legs day was today, and I am packing to go to Sandiego for the next week so I wont post yesterdays shoulder day, but it was all good +5 LBS on everything from last week, Legs Day: Squats: 135-12/ 185-10/ 235-8/ 285-6 Stiff Legged Dead Lifts: 95-12/ 105-10/ 110-8 Standing Claves: 200-12/ 220-10/ 240-8 Abductors: 120-12/ 125-10/ 130-8 Adductors: 120-12/ 125-10/ 130-8 Thats it for today, getting dizzy and sick to my stomache.... Some big goals hit this week!!! I have lost over 80 LBS now, This morning came in at 219LBS. I bought a Medium Shirt yesterday, it fit!! I was wearing 2X's 8 months ago and to top it off I look huge in it I am able to wear 36 pants, starting this process I was 46 inch pants, and honestly cant remember last time I wore 36's... last time was just out of high school.... Feeling very good right now, and this trip should give me a chance to lose a few pounds and reeally focus on my diet (I know it sounds wierd but with nothing else to do but go to work, then go to the hotel, I will have time to myself to get eating squared away, as well as get cardio in every morning, and lifting and cardio everynight... I am hopeing to lose 5-10 more pounds over the next 2 weeks.. I bought some 35

Well, finally back from San Diego... Didn't get the oportunity to workout like I wanted, ended up working like 14+ hour days... but I was able to keep the diet fairly stable... although I was only able to get 5 meals in at best... Weighed in at 217 this morning so I guess I am doing well.. Will have to check BF in a few days, tonight I am hopeing to get back in the gym, but the little ones are clinging to me so I dont want to dump em for the gym the first night I am back.. we will see.

SHoulder night again, still a bit sore from last time, but after a good warmup felt alot better, didnt get to do lat pull downs as some asses were taking up the entire row of pull downs... good news, the veins down my arms into my biceps are starting to really stick out, not just seeing em, but actually sticking out..... alot!! ok its the simple things that make me happy.... freakage here I come!!! Standing row smith: 110-12/ 120-10/ 130-8 *note this was alot tougher than last weeks weight, had to have a bit of spotting on the last 1-2 on each set.. Bent rows: 90-12/ 100-10/ 105-8 Seated rows: 140-12/ 150-10/ 160-8 *these felt great tonight, felt things pulling in ways I usually dont Lat pulls= big fat zero... Preacher curls: 90-12/ 95-10/ 105-8 *Took it down from last week, really felt these ones... veins in my arms came out looking like a garden hose.... a really small hose but still lateral raises: 110-12/ 115-10/ 120-8 Shrugs: 270-12/ 290-10/ 310-8 I almost passed out doing these as stupid as it sounds but I found I was holding my breath doing em hehe...
