That's frickin' hilarious dude. I was just sitting here relaxing and reading your posts and when I read the "grow a tail" part... I think I farted I laughed so hard. Just thought I'd let ya know. Good luck and hope you don't come across any crazy side effects.

Now tonight kicked ass.. feltalot better than last night, and felt very rechaged, I dont know, could be I was hopped up on diet pills and ephedra, with a massive dose of NOX.... Either way felt killer, could barely wait for my next sets to hit, sweat my ass off, smelled like Nav's litter box, and basically tore the place up.. Stopped by GNC tonight... the AXIS HT is looking better and better to me but I am really trying to resist.... Legs: Squats: 270-12/ 320-10/ 410-8 (Form on the last 4 stank.... next time I will shoot for 360 max, and work up, I just wanted to bust 400.. which I really didnt I guess) Leg Curls: 135-12/ 140-10/ 145-8 very good slow and controlled motion Leg extensions: 225-12/ 235-10/ 255-8 Abductors:160-12/ 170-10/ 180-8 Adductors: 160-12/ 170-10/ 180-8 I have noticed that I am uneven in these areas, the abductors are easier for me to do at this weight, but I have been told not to make an offbalance in this areas otr my feel will point in or outward funky.. Calve press/ standing clave raise superset, no break Press 140-15 raise 160-15, press 160-12 raise 180-12, press 180-10, raise 200-10... holy crap.... last week I was complaining I wasnt feeling my calves... well I think I found my answer...

Have you heard anything good about Axis HT? I've only seen negative reviews.

Thats part of the problem, I really havnt, but everyone who has it in their best interest that people buy it keep hyping it up, the dude at GNC was like noo, there is no need for any type of liver tabs.... which I have heard alot around here that you need to take em... I have also heard alot of things about the 17HD, but I havent seen any reviews about it at all... I think where my whole axis thing comes from is I really responded to no explode and cell mass, so I am assuming this stuff will work as well....

Did you see Misanthropy's write up? He compared it to other products that promised similar results, and Axis HT was not one he really liked.

Well, being that I am sick, and also taking the first few days off from the gym that I have had in more than 2 months I figure I will post my measurments, compairing to just 2 months ago, interesting to see how much you can lose in that time.... I cant find the measurments from 4 months ago, but it is huge... Please note that measurment addition is not my cup of tea so I may be wrong on the variences... now if it was hybrid coaxial fiber plant design there would be no issue... Was Now Difference Bicep/Left(stright unflexed) 14 1/2 13 5/8 -1 1/8 Bicep/Right(Striahgt unlflexed) 14 3/8 13 5/8 -1 1/4 Neck 15 5/8 15 7/8 +0 1/4 Chest 44 3/4 45 +0 1/4 (Woot!!) Shoulders 51 1/2 51 1/4 -0 1/4 Waist 42 3/8 40 5/8 -1 1/4 Hips (Around quads) Don't know 47 1/4 Probably smaller Right Thigh 25 3/4 23 2/3 -1.20 (ok bad at this math..) BodyFat 27.4 23.68 3.82% Weight 266 233 -33 Pounds So I am pretty happy with this, but looking at this it seems I may be loseing some muscle with the body fat, cause with 33 pounds lost I think the BF percentage should be a bit higher, also I am concerned with loseing 33 pounds in just over 2 months, Saying that I should have lost 2 pounds a week for 9 weeks that should be somewhere around 19-20 pounds, but according to this I am loseing about 3.66 pounds a week... some of the extra weight is most likely muscle.. time to make sure I am really eating enough again... Also My waiste was at 46 when I started this whole ordeal, so I've lost almost 6 inches there... I figure a few more months then its time to take a spin at bulking, and gain some muscle back..

FYI, I am still training hard, but lately I have been too tired to get my damn notebook out of the care, Since Saturday I have switched it up to nothing but freeweight, and no machines.... kicking my butt, but I guess it will take some time, hardest one is getting good form on squats... keep feeling like I'm going to fall back.. On the good side got the good pain that you get when you havnt worked out in a while and lovin it, noticing some nice visual defenition... I think machines had a good place with me, but time to move on and up.

SO I am still going to the gym religiously, and am on a 3 night push/legs/pull routine with 1 day off between. I am starting to notice some significant differences in my body, and decided to get a tan to look even better.... so now I am sunburnt, but its about gone so I will go back today. Over the past week I have noticed significant differences in my traps, its kind of cool, they are getting that stacked look instead of just flowing into my shoulders there is a self like look to them now. I will get back into posting on this thing but been a bit flakey in bringing the book to put it on here.

So, go into a fight with the wife today, so I brought the gym bag in,stead of leaving it in her car, so one good thing that came of this is that I have my book. SO now for the most part I am all freeweight, except for a few shoulder and leg things... Over the past few weeks my weight loss has seemed to stall so I think now would be uber good time to start bulking... adding 1/2 cup of oatmeal to each of my 3 morning meals, an extra chicken breast in the noon meal, and an extra scoop of power in the afternoon snacks. Dinner is staying about the same.. oddly I started loseing again lol... Chest: I am begining to hate chest days.. feel weak.. Flat Bench: 120-12 / 135-10/ 145-8 *im having to go low weights, having shoulder pain doing em..either way, noticing results so who cares if it isnt 200+ Decline Bench: 115-12/ 125-10/ 145-6 Incline Bench: 115-12/ 125-10/ 135-6 *burnt... Shoulder Press: 80-12/ 100-8/ 110-7 Cable Tricep: 100-12/ 130-12/ 150-12 Seated Dips: 90-12/ 180-10/ 200-8 Legs: I love legs... so much... I think I made a mess on the wall in front of the squat rack Freeweight Squats: 135-12/ 155-10/ 175-8/ 195-6 Leg Press 270-12/ 360-10/ 450-6 Calve Press 140-15/ 155-12/ 170-10/ 220-8 Standing Calve press (suppersetted with above) 180-12/ 200-10/ 220-8 Glute Machine 112.5 Right and left/ 125-10 Right and left Leg Curl 90-12/ 100-10/ 130-8 Leg extensions: 235-12/ 245-10/ 255-8 Back\Bicep: I hated these until a few weeks ago, starting to notice a significant difference now Cable lat pulls: 170-12/ 185-10/ 200-8 Lat raises 100-12/ 105-10/ 110-8 Seated Rows: 140-12/ 155-10/ 180-6/ 170-3 Shrugs: 180-12/ 230-10/ 250-8 Standing rows: 75-12/ 95-10/ 105-7 Bent Rows: 95-12/ 105-10/ 110-8 Preacher Curls: 90-12/ 95-10/ 105-8 Standing Cable curls: 100-12/ 115-10/ 125-7

Weight is down to 230.5... and bumping around there.... On a happy note, I actually can see some definition in my tummy... still some low flab, but up top its getting good.. Body fat is still dropping, but I gotta get a set of calipers as using the tape its not adding up... I am at 23% BF (just slightly lower than a few weeks ago) but I have lost 2 inches in my waist... We will see I guess.. Something that may have thrown me off is I started Creatine Mono over the past few weeks so I could have a bit more water in me... the last BF% I took I just got off cell mass... so I am sure that is messing with it a bit.
