Coming in at 196 now... Switched things up to double cardio days, 45 minutes in the morning, and 45 minutes after I finish lifting at night, on off days I do 1 hour AM 1 hour PM... getting there, having a noticable difference... a six pack is close... not sure how many more pounds, but certianly seeing the light at the end of the tunnel..

Down to 191... Still loseing... Really need time to do new pics, but not alot of time 10-13 hour days, 60 minutes of cardio pre work, then 2 hours of lifting and cardio after work... so staying true to my siggy..

Still been hitting the gym 5-6 nights a week with double cardio... Weight has been holding at about 195, but BF% has been going down, I am about 14.5% right now.. Finally working on the blood pressure/liver/kidney problems I have been having, and going in for a renal ultrasound Friday, they are thinking I have some sort of renal hypertension, which is better than the possible liver problem they origionally thought... Kinda stinks, but either way, will work through it.. Could be worse, could be going through this at 300+ pounds.. Anyhoo.. toodles...

Good lord, been a while since I have posted anything of use here, Anyway back on things, really had a tough time for a few months, was hit and miss with the gym going at best 3-4 times a week, but I have kicked 2 colds, a snius infection, a bladder/kidney infection and pink eye lol... been a rough winter :) Kind of at ends with myself, I've hit a point where I cant cut anymore... at least for a few months, my homones are kicking in and I am ravishingly hungy all day, so no better time than now to go on a bulk.. I'm up to 212 now, from 191, and my BF has went up a bit to around 16% (I did gain some fat with being down sick) So about 5-6 pounds of fat and 15-16 pounds of muscle... I figure I will let my metabolism reset itself and hit up the cut again around March and go for the 10%. Most of my weights have gone up, most significantly my bench and curls, I am up to 130lb preachers, and 200LB barbell bench.. Been off of all supps for a while as due to the liver/kidney concerns.. Hope I will be able to start posting my routine again.

Still around doin it.... Work is sucking, long hours, then the gym, then my kids... no time to do any posting.. I found if I do this at work (which I am right now) I get hooked and browse the forums all day.. I am holding at 17%BF, and am to 222.. Up a few pounds of fat, but getting there.. About 1 more month and its cut time... again..
