I recently ben going to a gym. I take some weight gainers and considering adding some xceed to stack with it. Is it ok to mix xceed with some weight gainers, or should i use it seperatly?

I looked on supplement101, and didnt see a hole lot of stuff. But i was wondering if you guys had any "bulking" stuff too. Most of the stuff i saw was for cutting, or lean building stuff. I have a VERY fast metabolism and need to pack on the weight is why i ask.

yes taking xceed as directed is fine with your diet

2. IF you want to add more mass eat more carbs throught the day, alot of them. between meals make yourself a peanutbutter sandwich with a glass of milk, all in all it adds up to a good amount of carbs/protein/fat. Something like 50:28:30 which is pretty good considering the fat is all monounsaturated

Yes, XCEED (and all creatine products) should be cycled, if for no other reason than your wallet's sake.

As to our other products, our products I would put in out "bulking" line, are XCEED, Activate, and Rebound Reloaded.  Glucophase XR can support a good bulk, VIGOR is just an awesome anti-oxidant, and of course our new nutritional products (the bars, protein, and post workout stuff) would support a bulk.

I just got my xceed when i got back from the gym :D So im taking my first dosage as post work out.

I notice it says it is supposed to help give you good pumps with NO, but i dont see that listed in the ingredients.  Is it the Di-Arginine Malate that does that? Im not to caught up with what all these scientific words do ;)

Mixes well and actualy tastes pretty close to lemonade. Smile

Isn't this the Xceed thread?

Labels should be ready next week.  :)

Steve, I like what you've done here.

Yeah, this was a fun little thread.  Helpful too.

Anyway, XCEED Cherry Ice and Sustain labels should be ready next week, at stores the week after.

I recently completed two XCEED cycles and had good results with both.  I took one scoop about 30 minutes before my early morning workout and a second scoop in a shake around 1 PM.  My workouts were strong and I still had plenty of energy left afterwords.

I am off XCEED now because I don't use this type of supplement during the last two weeks before a contest.  I'm also off L Glutamine for the same reason.

I will resume XCEED after my contest on September 16th.

I know this is a XCEED thread, but I want you to know I am now cycling ActiveTe + Rebound Reloaded, which are helping my workouts as I near my contest date.  I am lifting heavier than ever, even while in a slightly carb depleted state.

I am cutting for my contest with Melting Point, Basic Cuts and Glucopohase XR, three excellent DS supplements.

Xceed would be good if Cellmass and other products weren't avaliable.  Other products are avaliable thank God!

Xceed has favorable reviews even when matched up against all those other products. SmileI have used Size on and have gotten favorable results but no better than when I was using Xceed.  Product selection for the most part comes down to personal preference. If I like a product over a other-that doesnt mean the other product is crap (for the most part)  I think since spending more time on the boards then ever, it seems people spend more time being analytical about these products and looking for the PERFECT product and less time busting there butt in the gym

I only use a pill form NO product pre-workout in the hopes it activates flow channels and gets the shake where it needs to go better, pumps are like a side bonus.  Being the way I use it, do you think I can drop the whole pill form NO and rely on XCEED to make up for it since I'll be taking XCEED anyway? Or does XCEED not have the required amounts of oomph to fully replace a once-a-day NO pop?

If you love your NO product, XCEED will not replace it.  XCEED is first and foremost a creatine product, with some nice NO benefits.  You can certainly stack XCEED with an NO product as well.
