Ripped!!!

I am in a degree program designed for pre-med and the coursework got thick!

Every minute was spent studying...muscles nerves bones molecular chemistry organs blood and more mucles!

This quarter is starting out manageable and so I have some time to get on the right track!

I may even get to do some performance enhancement research and work with the athletes this quarter!
If not, then next quarter!

Quarters are killers with these courses - 11 weeks!  I use to do Semesters!

I have spied that you have been doing good things! 
As always, I enjoy your standards.

Dan i was looking back at your diet and it seems like its not much. You dont specify how much of each item you're eating so i can't be sure but it seems like a small amount.  how many calories and grams of carbs, proteins, and fats are you eating daily?

Never asked him where it went...but it is very basic, he wanted to talk about where people should start.  What were the very basic steps.
