Well here you go Lynx, this is me at 225 lbs, 101 KG

Not very toned at all - by the start of the season i aim to be around 203 lbs, 92 KG

A lot of cutting you might think, but all the conditioning will take care of that, and with the right diet, i won't lose any muscle mass - very little at the least!

No definition i know, it's not a great pic but hey, its sumthin, and gives me something to work from lol...

cool, yeye i know i train quite alot for soccer, 2 matches a week 1 serious 1 with friends 5 a side, then  i got anairobic and airbic hard training, and an even more intense mainly anairobic training and agility training just about everything in one session, then theres skill training with my team, this is all when the season starts but all the intense work goes all the way through the year for me. Just as soon as my hip recovers i can get back to what i love SmileSmileSmileSmileSmileSmile

OMFG!!

We were short in work last few days, so i got down adn dirty - great fun, such a good workout lol - i got the Rocky IV workout as i like to call it - lifting various bits of every day materials haha - i'm pooped hehe - muscles still feel full after the week of work - great stuff i love it :p

MY GOD, THAT STILL DOESNT CHANGE THE FACT THAT MY 180KG GARBAGE MAN IS IN BETTER SHAPE THAN YOU ARE!!!! MOVE IT NANCY!! KEEP THIS BLOODY JOURNAL UPDATED AND SHOW ME SOME GODDAMN NUMBERS!! AND LIFT SOME PROPER IRON!
