Dude, if your bench increased by 20 after four times taking Gakic then it is DEFINENTLY worth it. That is definently not normal man, and the reason i am bringing this up is because i am interested in buying gakic, and if it really did bring your bench up by 20 in about a week then it definently is worth it to me, because i havent taken anything that is nearly THAT good.

A supplement isn't going to increase your bench by that much in four days. That is you that did that.

You probally didnt do anything wrong, other than being impatient for results....you only tried em for 2 weeks, and quit....Your expecting too much progress for 2 weeks....
the main reason i stopped using them was due to price. just from top of my head $140 AU for Nitrotech Hardcore (or similar price) man too expensive and results werent that great. I switched to BSN MassStack, not only i saved $$$ but results were far better.

. Moreover, i do reside in Australia so all imported products are extremely expensive here. i dont remember how much i paid for Nitrotech but that protein didnt last 2 weeks. 
...I didnt know you ran out of the supplements, I thought you just quit takin because you wernt seein any results........
