Status: offline 		I just recently bought gakic and heard from the person that sold it to me that it increased his bench by 40 in a week or 2. I was just wondering if any of you have tried it, did it work, and should I stack it with Xyience xngf. Also as a 15 year old should I be taking the full 8 pill dosages?

Status: offline 		dude WTF are you taking Gakic for at 15.  You have an insane over abundance of testosterone and the metabolism of a race horse (probably anyhow) and you want to use gakic too?  OH THE MADNESS.  but seriously you probably dont need it at 15 but from what I have heard from many people it DOES boost strength.

Status: offline 		hey wuts up?? I'm 15 and I found a free sample of Gakic from the muscletech site when it first came out and they sent me a free serving of it.. but anyway.. I noticed and improvement and I didn't even realize they sent me ONE serving! I was takin one pill before every work out. I'm not sure wut it does for bench cuz my elbow is bad but by the end of the package I increased my bicep curl by 20! so I would definately take some again.

Status: offline 		Yea so far I love this stuff. I dont really feel to much of an increase in energy but I can tell its there. My bench has increased by 20 pounds with just 4 times taking it! As for the xyience stuff I dont think It has done a thing. Waste of alot of money if you ask me

Status: offline 		Xyience and muscletech make ripoff versions of other products and sell and market them enough so that people buy them. There are good pre workout supps like. Fast Twitch, Xpand, Xceed, to a lesser extent NO-X (works great.... you just can't get enough scoops). Muscle-tech tends to just produce and market garbage, cell-tech, leukic, all wastes and basically bulk creatine monohydrate, leucine, and other garbage which usually beigins with SUGAR

Status: offline 		Gakic is totally fine for someone 15 to take. It does not increase your testosterone what so ever. Idk who said that but uhh....yea..way off base. Gakic is basically GLYCINE which is the G....Arginine which is the A..and KIC. If ya ask me its the worst tasting **** ever but it works. Definitely reduces fatigue...**** it ought to for the price and the ****ty taste.

Status: offline 		From what I've read and heard, Gakic is a really effective muscle gene activator. I would try it if I could afford it.  You should be fine taking it at 15, just abide by the recommended servings.

Status: offline 		gakic didnt work for me and its hands down the worst tasting product ever.. i cant even explain it, its like tasting wet tar (which i havent before) but something equilivant to it
wayyy and i mean WAY overpriced

Status: offline 		from what i heard gakic increases your bench by 100 lbs. in a month.
it also gives you massive biceps from doing 30 sets of concentration curls a day.
